Drinks and pastries are great! Can't say much for some of the staff. I have been to the Katy location as well as the Westheimer location the staff compared to this location are way more inviting. It's pretty sad when you don't like to go to a coffee shop any more due to their staff. Not all staff, but majority. They also give you major attitude if you take your kids in. So definitely not a place where they make you feel welcomed.

Coffee here is great its a bit expensive
If you are on your break don't even think about it they take so long more than 30 mins to make my coffee when you go and order usually there is only one or two people working
I use to go there a lot when there is were better people better service they should hire more people

had a cute red head help me, i ordered a cookie. she topped it off with a cup of COMPLIMENTARY milk. chef’s kiss to her.

10/10 would highly recommend.

Customer service is always amazing! Especially the young lady who worked drive through on Mar 17th @6:30pm Whoever the owner is should be so proud of their crew !

Had the caramel blondie and it was good! Sweet but not too sweet and the coffee flavor also came through. It was really busy but the line moved quickly so shoutout to the staff.

So glad Black Rock moved into my area. Great alternative to the big chain coffee store. Excellent coffee and pastries. I really like the Mexican Mocha!

I love this place, I tried the Mexi-mocha and it's the best coffee I have had. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is fast.

Great coffee but the drive tru was their priority then walk in was, waited 30 min for my coffee Starbucks is no longer than 5 min wait. Also seen a customer cancel their order and walk out didn't even bother to get her refund shame on this new business making them look bad already.

Tried their Mexican Mocha
iced Coffee and it’s is Awesome! They have seasonal coffees as well . Trying the Pumpkin Spice Iced Drink next. Staff is always friendly and can’t beat their prices. And a Drive-Thru!!!

This is our favorite halfway meeting point for my best friend and I to catch up and caffeinate for an hour or 2 😊 lovely place with friendly staff and unique drink options
