Great drinks, clean facility and staff is always friendly.

I was visiting my mom in law we in from Tulsa looking for a coffee shop and we found magic cup I never had Vietnamese coffee and I just told her give me whatever the full version. ..... I didn't know it was iced but it was the most delicious thing I've had in a while!!!

Love the variety drinks and are very flavorful.

Haven’t tried other drinks here but Cafe Sua Da ( Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk) is always consistent and great quality! The ratio of condensed milk to coffee is great !

I love that they offer oatmilk as an option. They are always quick and good.

For almost $5, my drink is nothing like the description in their menu. No chia seed, herbal jelly, or crystal boba.

Not a bad place. The bobba is good and it has an inviting atmosphere. I am greatly saddened that the got rid of their food menu (I haven't gone there in a while) so this may have changed. But the staff is good and remains to be one of the popular bobba places around. Has comfortable seating for long visits. Great place for hangouts and chat, also great for business meets. It also has outdoors seating with heating units. Whether you want a casual place to hangout or a fun place to socialize don't knock magic cup. It is a great place and you will enjoy your time here.

Customer Service was terrible. Girls standing in a circle talking amongst themselves when we first walked in, no welcoming of any kind to the store which this was our very first time. The girl who took our order was literally texting on her phone as she was taking our order. To worried to get back to her phone Rushing us on our order by saying “is that it?” After we ordered one thing, mind you we are a group of 3 people and two people still needed to order. We ordered two drinks, and they were on their phones while one took breaks from her phone to make our drinks. We were the only people in there waiting for our drinks and it took 10 mins to get them because they were too busy on their phones texting and showing each other stuff. When we left, received no “thanks for stopping by, or come back and see us again” because two girls were busy hunched over the counter on their phones and another was in the corner sitting down on her phone. Customer service is sadly going downhill these days.

The one star is for the drinks only. They were delicious.

I have been here quite a few times now and they are very consistent, the drinks always taste great. I have tried a few different drinks and every time I try a new one, I find a new favorite! I haven't had the food yet but the pictures on the menu look delicious! The service is always decently friendly as well. They have a point system for free drinks, shirts, etc. and that is pretty cool although sometimes even though I put my phone number in, the points don't get added so I am not sure if that is something the employee is supposed to add manually or what. Definitely recommend checking this place out and trying multiple things!

Love their coconut tea with bubbles! So good. I like studying here as well doesn't get too crowded :)
