I really like this place. We're lucky to live right behind it! I have been to several Boba places and this one is by far the FRESHEST one yet! I highly recommend it! So many different drinks and snacks to choose from! Just yum!!! Enjoy!!!

The store is very pretty and clean with whimsical decorations. The workers are friendly and they really top off your beverage so you get you money's worth. They have a reward system in that every dollar you spend you earn a point, which you can exchange for free drinks or souvenirs.

I'm literally here every day! I recommend the honey caramel latte, avocado smoothie, tropical paradise, Thai green milk tea, pineapple lychee green tea, and the sea foams ate awesome. In other words, everything. They even offer decaf. The staff is always awesome and fast. The environment is chill. The staff makes you feel like family. The only thing I hate about this place is that it is addictive.

We tried all the new boba shops in our area and they were all misses. But never did we try the closest one to our home which was Magic cup, which was funny. So we decided to give it a shot. The inside was actually welcoming and the staff was nice. Drink selection other than your typical drinks were great, makes me wanna try them all. I didnt get a drink with boba so I cant attest to that but their milk tea wasnt too sweet so its probably my favorite so far. The drinks came out fast so we didnt wait long. I'll be coming back for sure.

This is our favorite spot! We live in Rowlett but drive to the Richardson location as often as we can. The Oreo vanilla frappe is my favorite and my wife gets the iced dark chocolate mocha.
The staff is so friendly and the service is fast and consistent every time.

Came here with my family for a place to spend some time with my children and mother in law. They were playing rap music VERY LOUD. My daughter nicely asked the staff to turn down the music. The staff appeared very annoyed and gave my daughter a dirty look. They barely turned the music down. Note to owners - rap music is never appropriate in a tea house and certainly dirty looks from staff is absolutely unprofessional! The staff was not very very helpful. Staff seemed aggravated by questions about decaffeinated tea. This is not a way to treat customers in the interest of having future business from them. Tea was presweetened way too sweet. We will not be going back!!

Love this place! Lunar new year was fantastic. See people complaining about the noise from the 12 but it was Lunar new year and it was also at 12 pm. Besides the point, most of the community celebrates this holiday. This place over all has 5 stars for me wouldn't change a thing. Thank you all for doing such a great job! Your loyal customers appreciate you!

One of my favorite boba cafes, it's really clean and the inside of it looks really nice and cute. The staff are super nice, they have a card you can stamp to earn a free drink. They have a spicy drinks , which I thought was super interesting and different. Price wise, they're really the same as any other boba cafe you go too.

I did read lots of reviews about bad costumer service, not sure if it was because place wasn’t busy but our cashier Joseph was welcoming and my daughter and I enjoyed our drinks!

This was a first time here and I wanted to give it a try. I ordered a white mocha frappe with caramel. The drink was amazing. However, I’m only giving four stars because. When I entered and said no greeted me back. They all looked at me without no acknowledgement. But my drink was very good.
