Wish I can give this place a zero star. Will never come back to this place because they are rude and have bad customer service. They could not even help me when I was asking them about the drive thru and instead were laughing.

I'm paying for the donuts, not getting them for free. Last time I went I asked for custom dozen and the lady decided to just complete my order with whatever she thought was close enough.
It's not the 1st time either. Every time I ask choose more than 2 kinds, same lady changes her attitude to not so friendly.
And we'll it gets old hearing I only have 2 of those, when it's easy to modify one of the donuts. Daylights does it with pleasure

donuts tasted like they were made a day before. donut holes were also relatively cold as if they were possibly made a day before or kept inside a fridge. service was not so good. the young man that works there always as if he remotely dislikes his job and has attitude.

Another place Port Neches folks need to try to make sure they visit here in Port Neches so it will stay open. The food is always fresh. The employees are nice. You can drive up get your order within a matter of moments.

Awesome possum! The donuts are delicious, this place is new and very clean. The bullseye is the best donut in there. I cant remember much about the girls who helped us inside, I had too many kids with me to focus 😆. I regularly go to Port Neches so this will be our donut place. Do-nut pass this place up!!!

I came through at 7am and the doughnut holes are cold. Like, from the refrigerator cold. :( I was hoping since it was relatively early I'd get warm, possibly fresh donuts, not something that feels like it was just out of the fridge.

Great donuts, especially when they are hot & fresh. They need to write orders down or something because mine was not right and I didn't realize until I got home. Check your stuff.
