Dutch Bros Coffee

this place is so gooooood!! and everyone is so nice! the drivethru is quick too. i get the 911 drink and it’s like heaven. so when your 3y/o knocks over your “heaven” it looks a little bit like this! i still give all five stars on the half i didn’t get to drink.

what to say about Dutch bros. the Bob Marley drink (mocha) is amazing. I go sugar free (banana syrup can't be but it's still worth it)

I used to live on the West Coast where Dutch Bros originated. I love their signature drinks and great customer service so you can imagine I was excited when I heard they were coming to Texas. This new location here in Plano did not disappoint. Super friendly staff and great drinks! I live across the street from this location so I am always there, but if I didn’t I would still drive OUT OF MY WAY just to stop by and enjoy the coffee and speedy service.

I was so excited when I found out that my hometown favorite Dutch Brothers was coming to Texas.... And then I went to go get my favorite coffee that I've been getting for years now (I'm from Oregon where they started) and it wasn't even close to being correct.... I was disappointed but everyone down here was still brand new so I figured I'd wait a few weeks and try again. I was not disappointed again and have been coming to this location fairly frequently. It's 36 miles round trip from my house 😳 but worth it!

Love Dutch Bros. I go way out of my way to come here. The coffee is really good but the service is also really good. Everyone is always friendly and fast. There’s a reason the lines get so long. I’ll take this over Starbucks pretty much every time

The drinks are always good. The service is always fast an served with a smile and friendly conversation. You really can't help but love stopping here for a drink. Even my kids love it! The reusable kids cups are so cool!!

I pulled up to the window this morning waited for 2-3 minutes. Both of ladies made eye contact but walked away. No communication, no acknowledgment, I just left. Very poor customer service. Usually better services in past.

From Oregon and know all about Dutch from the beginning to today. I would never give Dutch a bad review. I can say that this location is missing the Dutch Mafia vibes. Music was not the hype it needed to be. The staff was not upbeat and outgoing as it needs to be. If you are true Dutch Mafia it is more than just a drink it is about the culture and experience. With that said if you have never had a Dutch drink go get one it is more than coffee.

I moved from Idaho to Texas, We had DB in Boise and I really missed it here. Now we have DB too and I am happy again. Try their large ice caramelizer.....it's the bomb!!!!

My Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée with oat milk was exquisite! My daughter seemed to like her Caramel Latte as well. As for the young gent who assisted us in the drive-through, he was delightful and the young lady who served us our beverages got absolutely everything right ... including bringing us our drinks with a beautiful smile that almost put the sweet treats to shame.
