Awesome Spot! Amazing and quick service, plenty of space to hang out with a friend or just study, and a kids playroom (away from the main area) to help keep the noise down is always a plus! This place is very calm, has a good atmosphere, and amazing decorations. Highly recommended! #BetterthanStarbucks

We visited on December 22nd at 7 pm. The layout, flooring, shelving, decorations...gorgeous. Think "Magnolia" farmhouse theme. The woman who served us was VERY nice, friendly. Our tea and coffee were great. I had a chocolate croissant that was just ok-it was dry. Need to develop a system for keeping pastries fresh...especially since the price of one cup of coffee, one hot ...tea and a crosissant was $13+...a little pricey.
Suggestions...You have a huge shelf in the center of the room-very nice. We sat on the couch behind this and we were thinking...board games, books. Give customers the opportunity to sit and play games and drink lots of coffee!
Second, marketing...I didn't know you were there until someone mentioned it on facebook. Many options for this but on this side of town people are family oriented. Host events that the whole family can enjoy...karaoke nights, dance contests, seasonal activities like pumpking carving. And advertise these like crazy!

The good: In house roasted bean selection is really good. The Rushmore is honestly some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

The bad: If one comes in and orders a flat white or cappuccino, you should not be asked what size would you like. These are specific coffee offerings with specific traits. They should learn them.

I liken the shop to a huge Starbucks with trendy design and a kids area that happens to roast really really good beans.

Love the ambiance, the food options and the coffee is good. I took a star off for higher pricing without a reward system. Their coffee is good but so are the other guys down the street. Paying $6-$7 only makes sense if I’m earning rewards towards something. So I guess I’ll keep driving to the other local guys earning rewards until First Cup gets with the program.

Drinks were good, but Menu was very misleading and Baristas were not accommodating. On Menu it says Coffee (Hot, Iced) and I ordered iced coffee which was 2.95 and they rung me up for Cold brew and told me it was same thing but that was also on menu and was 4.95. Then I got a bagel because on drive-thru Menu it says Cinnamon, but then it was Cinnamon raisin and the Barista said well I have never heard of Cinnamon bagel and then they never asked if I wanted Cream cheese/ butter, until after I paid, and overall just was a iffy experience for my first time. I will give them another chance though.

I rented the conference room for a family/friends post-funeral gathering. They had coffee and pastries for us and everyone loved it! Many people expressed how nice the place is and how good the refreshments were. I definitely recommend it!

NEEDED addition to the south Houston area. Great coffee. Great shop atmosphere. Baristas are knowledgable and the head roaster (Isaac) and owners are wonderful people. Must stop if you are in the area.

What a lovely place! They have excellent coffee selections as well as tasty bites throughout the day. I really enjoy the atmosphere here and there’s lots of seating options. The baristas are very sweet and friendly.

I visited First Cup for the first time today, but definitely not the last. I ordered the blueberry hibiscus tea, an everything bagel with cream cheese, and a lemon bar. Everything was delicious! The space is beautiful and the staff are so kind. I plan to come back and get some work done.

This is a really cool place. It's great for studying, relaxing, or hanging out with friends. I don't normally go to coffee shops but this one was amazing.
