Great place! It has a cozy and inviting atmosphere with a relaxing vibe. I enjoyed their coffee and pecan pie. It was delicious!

We love stopping by when we are in the area! Our kids love the play room and don’t ever want to leave! Many different work spaces available, lots of delicious drink options and many yummy desserts! My family loves stopping by First Cup!

My FAVORITE coffee spot in all of Texas. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because service is very slow and while the coffee is clearly fresh and made on the spot, it is never very hot when we get it.
I like First Cup better than Starbucks! The skinny vanilla latte is AMAZING and my mother in law likes the mocha latte and mocha frap. Cutest place!

I've had the cold brew once from here and it was decent. The atmosphere seemed cool so I decided to go back. I'm a cold brew guy, and was so ready for one on Sunday but they were closed. That's fine, everyone deserves a day off! I was very excited to go in today (Monday) and get my cold brew!! They were out??? On the first day of the week, after a day off?? Never had this issue at Pearland Roasters, and that's why I won't be back to this spot. You make customers based on their first 3 experiences with you. Unfortunately today just wasn't the day for First Cup Coffee.

The layout and and atmosphere of this place is really pleasant - There’s plenty of seating for groups of all sizes, and you can even reserve private rooms (Which is a genius idea for anyone in a meeting, study group, conference call, or just needs the extra focus). It has a very bright, modern, yet comfortable vibe to it and it’s a place I can really see myself hanging out in a lot for school or work. They have lots of outdoor seating, too, and they’ve got lots of bagged beans and merch you can take home with you.
The prices are what you’d expect from an artisan coffee shop that roasts in house - There’s a good variety in menu items, single-origin coffee, syrups, and styles of drinks. While there is a pastry cabinet with a few high-protein items and sweets (I had this s’mores pastry that was fantastic), there isn’t a kitchen - So don’t expect meeting anyone here for lunch.
My main and only gripe about this place was with the coffee itself. I don’t believe the espresso is a poor blend or low-quality roast, but I feel like the baristas’ need more training in order to give it a proper treatment. When I went to order, I asked if my latte could be made half-caf.. and the barista looked at me with confusion before asking the other baristas if that’s possible, and another eventually came up and told them they’d do it. When I did get my latte, the milk wasn’t properly aerated so my coffee lacked any texture - It just tasted like hot milk and coffee. It wasn’t bad or undrinkable, but it was a little disappointing considering how much effort seems to have gone into the building itself, its roaster, its equipment, and its menu.
I’d recommend that people check this place out because it is a genuinely cool spot, but i’d also recommend that you wait a few weeks for the baristas to get more training, more feedback, and more comfortable.

By far the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! Came down from wisconsin to visit the in-laws, and this place exceeded any expectation I didn’t know I had! My 2 year old could play in the play area, they have offices/conference room for rent, and ample space for people to converse. Major props to First Cup Coffee Co. for taking a coffee shop to the next level.

The vibe of the place is great. Lots of seating inside too.
But their coffee leaves a lot to be desired for. I don’t know if their roaster is new at this or not, but their coffee is not that good. But most folks in pearland just want caffeinated drinks so I don’t think anyone minds.
The baristas are friendly.
You’ll be content by visiting here as long as you don’t expect great coffee/espresso.
Hopefully their roaster will figure out all the kinks.
Come for the space and the vibe. GREAT place for meetings and studying.
The funny thing is, they call themselves “America’s Favorite Roasters.” I don’t doubt they’ll get there nor do I doubt there are ppl who think that right now. However, their beans is not even close to being the best in Pearland. But I guess “best” and “favorite” are two different rankings.
Again— the venue and parking is great.
But if you want great coffee, lower your expectations.

From the friendly staff, to the quality food and drinks, clean and ample seating as well as private rooms and a conference room that can be rented by the hour for meetings as well as school work or bible study, this is my go to coffee shop and am there at least 1 night a week. Highly recommend this place for your next gathering of friends or colleagues, you will not be disappointed.

I’ll wait and judge them again once all their kinks are worked out. I don’t want to judge them on the coffees we had tonight. Cuban, mocha and rose latte. One thing I did LOVE was the room spray in the restroom. 😂
