This spot is so lively! I really enjoyed my time here.
1. The brown sugar and cinnamon latte was not punch me in my face sweet- I appreciate it!
2. Love the lighting, volume, decor
3. The furniture is comfy and office space for rent is a great option
4. The people who took my order were kind.
Overall, love the diversity in the room- it feels like Pearland came out in full force. Only thing I wished for was another outlet. I saw many outlets, but all were taken! đź’šđź’šđź’š

This coffee shop is a real treat. First, getting here is easy with ample parking and very good ADA access.
When you walk in a well-designed space full of tables, lounge chairs, and private meeting rooms greet you. The well lit and cozy atmosphere make this a perfect location to read a book or study. The patio is made of brick and stone and features several tables with umbrellas. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The crowd was full of students studying in groups, families catching up, and business partners working on projects. The space has a nice energy to it.
The food menu features salads, and a few wraps/sandwiches. They looked great and were freshly made. The pastry case is immaculate and if you have a sweet tooth you are sure to have something you will enjoy.
The menu for coffee is what you would expect from a modern coffee shop with high quality ingredients. The medium roast drip coffee was my preferred taste, and not tart or puckering. Very drinkable and a great all around cup of coffee. Service was fast and friendly.
Prices are what you would expect for an upscale, but not bourgeois coffee shop. Similar to Starbucks, but better quality ingredients and a nicer space. Expect to pay $3-$7 depending on what drink you get. I found the prices reasonable.
One thing that could be improved is the patio. It could be something really special if planters/hedges were used to "enclose" the patio. I think this would also cut down on the noise from Broadway and help turn the patio into a little oasis. I'd also recommend some cheap string lights and perhaps some shade for hot days. If people driving by see a great patio buzzing with people it will help draw them into the business, and the space is perfect for creating that inviting atmosphere.
Overall, I'm a fan and will be back!

Ideal location, comfortable seating, and a great cup of coffee! A perfect place to meet up with friends, family, or co-workers for a First Cup!

Such a beautiful coffee shop!
It was my first time to visit today and I was blown away at how beautiful and spacious this shop was. I got a small sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk, and my brother got a medium egg nog latte with almond milk. I usually try a sugar free vanilla almond milk latte every time I visit a new coffee shop, and First Cup's did not disappoint. The egg nog latte was luscious even with the almond milk.
There's 4 different study rooms available for rent that are fully equipped with outlets and dry erase boards. For food, they do offer pastries that we'd love to try on our next visit.
We love their long hours of operation (although they're closed on Sundays), and we'll definitely be frequent customers!

It’s hard to find a coffee shop this nice. Lots of room, great atmosphere and some of the best coffee you can get in Texas. The Cortado was excellent!

New coffee shop. Absolutely love it. Private rooms available. Wide variety of drinks/food. Plenty of room. Love the decor. We will be coming back often.

Excellent service, great coffee, and amazing vibes. Love this place!! I've been everyday since opening. Pearland needed this so bad!!

This place is amazing. I had the chance to taste a great shot of espresso made by Isaac. Loved the complex flavors from their blend. The environment is great and if you truly love the flavor of a fresh cup of coffee or a shot of espresso this is your place! Plus they roast their own coffee in house and you can watch them do it!

Coffee is good. I respect they roast their own stuff. Interior atmosphere is nice. Cool idea for patrons to be able to reserve their own office space or meeting rooms. Unfortunately the “baristas” don’t really understand how to make anything more advanced than a standard coffee or pour over. Cuban Espresso was bitter, latte was scaldingly hot (maybe well above health code standards).

I love checking out new coffee places. This one is a keeper. What I like is that they have rooms to rent for business meetings and such.
