Black Rifle Coffee Company

Today was my first visit at Black rifle coffee company. The coffee house just opened and the store is very tidy and clean. My coffee was good. The customer service was great. Trey was very pleasant and friendly. He just put off a vibe that said he was in a great mood and enjoyed doing what he is doing. i’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a good experience.

Great staff and great coffee. Buy my coffee here and purchase gear. Staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond for its customers. Business is kept clean, tidy and very organized with plenty of sitting room and counter space. This company does great things and I look forward to always grabbing a cup to go from this shop.

Absolutely horrendous coffee. Was my third visit and I have not liked anything I’ve had. The syrup tasted like fake, burnt plastic. Espresso is too earthy for my taste. Much rather have different espresso that offers a chocolaty mouthfeel instead of burnt tire rubber.

I have been here since they opened. After 3 visits, I left because not took so long to get my order. I have been there 3x in the last 3 weeks. Each time the service is horrible and the wait time is ridiculous. Today it took 18 minutes to receive 2 iced coffees and one hot coffee. Not to count the 13 minutes i waited in line to place my order. They seem to always be short on staff. Today, a younger gentleman took my order. Horrible customer service. Barely could hear him. Then another taller younger man made my 2 iced coffees. He started them . 5 minutes goes by and those 2 coffees were still sitting in the same place. After waiting nearly 20 minutes I asked about my order. A very nice lady helped me. The youngman who had started my order said he forgot to finish them. Seriously, how does this happen. I am done with this location.

This place serves the most delicious coffee!!! And what makes it even better is the customer service!!! And the support for (police officers) and (military) and (first responders) that’s what makes them standout as well I could go on an on but I’ll end with you guys have my heart ♥️ My new favorite coffee shop!

Went to the drive through this morning and got the horchata latte and a ham, egg & cheese croissant. I took one bite and I had to pull over to finish the rest. It was so delicious! My dog thought the coffee smelled good and it was! The staff was super friendly and best of all, they give a discount to military & first responders. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Love supporting a Veteran owned company 🇺🇸. This place was very cool too. Bought a bag of AK-47 Espresso and a can of Espresso&Cream. The canned coffee was fantastic. Can't wait to get home and try the espresso. Thank you to all the Veterans that have served our Country and work for BRCC. You guys are the best!

Had coupon for free 12oz coffee …wanted an ice coffee they said they’re out of small cups and all they could give was a batch brew in 12oz…how that makes sense I don’t know…I said can I just get a medium iced coffee then? Like I’ll just pay…get to the window say the coffee is free but it’s in a small cup they said they were out of its iced coffee but tasted so god awful I couldn’t even…drove to Dutch bros and threw it out thankfully was free but sheesh what a weird bad experience

This would be a 5 star review but every time I go here it seems like they never have what I want in stock time after time. It seems like the don't know how to order stuff to keep in stock it makes you not to even want to go there if their not going to have what I want so if the only thing you want is coffee and nothing else then it's a great place but if you want anything else on their menu good luck 🤞
