great place to hang out and enjoy the morning with friends. the mango smoothie is delicious and you can find actual mango chunks inside. their pancakes are super filling and the fruit on top is as fresh and sweet as you can get

Really nice baristas. I mean, they were super accommodating, cool under pressure and just plain nice even though it was pretty busy. Relaxed cafe vibe but not snooty or anything. I enjoyed my iced coffee and the refill was free. Great little quiche / soufflé thing too!

There were also several other nice patrons in here we chatted with. One of the great aspects of New Braunfels.

If you enjoy mediocre coffee in a Dixie cup with a 25 minute wait this is the place to go.

Love New Braunfels Coffee. The atmosphere is so cute and welcoming. They have various seating options with both low 2 seater tables, bar height tables, 4-6 seater tables and a couch lounge area. The colors are cool and bright and there are 2 walls with huge windows allowing a lot of natural light in. But those are not even the best parts, the best part is how good the food and drinks are. I've had their house blend which is a guatemalan roast, their Americana, all flavors of smoothies, caramel macchiato and different lattes. Each has been mouth wateringly delicious. No matter my mood, they have a drink to quench it. Their food is made fresh and is always warm, moist, and delicious. From their cinnamon rolls to their muffins to their sandwiches, you will NOT be disappointed.

We came in to get a couple of iced coffees/Frappuccino’s. Pricing was comparable to Starbucks. My husbands Frappuccino was so sweet he couldn’t drink it while the Cinnamon dolce iced coffee I had was so bland all I could taste was cream. Sorry to say my $1 iced coffee from McDonalds is better then what we got from here. We ended up throwing them out.

Coffee is good along with chocolate chip cookies. Staff is nice and service is fast. Good place to relax and enjoy the view of the downtown square in New Braunfels. Just wished it would stay open longer in the evenings.

Almond milk lattes were really good, my son really liked his strawberry smoothie, and the baklava we got to go was amazing.

If I could give no stars I would. Not sure how this place is getting 5 star reviews unless the folks are reviewing the coffee shop that’s directly next door to this one?? I took my girlfriend here about 2 months ago and we ordered 2 Belgian waffles going off the pictures we saw around hanging up. What we got were 2 plain microwaved Eggo waffles and we had to ask for butter and syrup? We were the only patrons in the shop and we literally heard the young boy and girl serving us use the microwave twice to heat up our food. So 2 cups of burned coffee and 2 rubbery eggo waffles cost us something to the order of about $20 bucks?
Guys just don’t offer up something that can’t be made. I’ve been to Belgium, I had the waffles and they’re delicious.

Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Naeglins for your sweets. Naeglins is amazing!

I enjoyed my iced coffee on this beautiful town square!

This is my second time in the shop and everyone is so nice. The homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup was amazing. And I love that they will tailor-make anything you want!!!
