Summer Moon Coffee

A friend told me about this place and I had to try it. 100% worth it!! I got the 1/2 winter moon latte (YUM!), a bag of the Spark coffee beans and a "pupachino" for this lucky dog's birthday! I will be going back.

Ordered 1/2 Moon and 1/2 oat milk. Not too sweet this way. Tasted slightly thicker than milk itself and less sweet than Vietnamese coffee.

The bananas foster muffin is absolutely delicious! Decided to try it because of all the hype bout it...thought it was going to be just okay and was prepared to be underwhelmed, but I was waaay wrong! That muffin was so good I had to talk myself out of driving through to get a 2nd one!

I really enjoyed the crustless spinach & tomato quiche ...super tasty.

Only complaint....I ordered a large tea with a dish of milk, and it was a tad on the weak side, not sure why, maybe needed to add another bag for the size.

My favorite coffee place by far. I first tried it in an Austin location and fell in love, therefore when I found out this area opened one I was so excited!

This is a special shout out to Debbie! She knows exactly what I want (between 1/2 and 3/4 moon latte) and makes the perfect coffee for me each time. The girl is spoiling me!

One of the best locally owned summer moons in all of Texas. The moonraker is my go to drink. 4 shots of espresso with their magical moon milk is a taste of heaven. Get it neat or on the rocks.

Snag a bag or two of their oak roasted beans and their moon milk to go to make the most of your mornings.

This was my first time trying Summer Moon. I had some sort of drink with half moon milk. It was good but incredibly sweet. Next time I will try it with 1/4 moon milk. I also had the almond croissant which was very good. My only complaint is the staff is not the friendliest and needs to do a better job of explaining the menu. Overall, the experience is positive and hopefully they will work out the kinks. I am always excited to try a coffee shop other than Starbucks.

The mocha moon latte iced is sooooo delicious. Everytime my partner and I come here, we are greeted with kindness and respect. Their moon milk is so delicious. I never knew this existed but it seem like I am here twice a week now. We definitely enjoy this place and recommend it for the advice coffee lover.

The Sienna location has taken an Austin favorite and ruined it. The staff is hard working and nice, but the operations are a mess. Every time we come, something is wrong - they’re out of milk, their lobby is closed, the online system isn’t working, they make the drink wrong. I actually feel bad for the staff because they have to deal with what seems like a a management issue, but it’s also impacted our frequency of coming here (we used to come weekly and now we come maybe quarterly). Part of this is also because the quality of the coffee has dramatically suffered, I’m assuming due to these issues. My drinks are usually burnt, watery, and/or over sweetened. I never saw this at the Austin South location.

Love the lattes! The summermoon and winter/summer moon half sweetness is my go-to. The atmosphere is also very cozy especially with the view outside. Great wifi too.
