Was there for father’s day breakfast today and had a pretty good experience. Ordered a bunch of items and the guy at the register was really patient with us. Ordered a breakfast crepe without bacon, they made a mistake and rectified it as soon as I pointed it out. Definitely recommend this place

Great employees, great coffee, and a great time! I tried the Black Eye. It was delicious and gave me the energy I needed to get through the day. I recommend this place over Starbucks any day!!!

The coffee was good but the cafe was really dirty and grungy looking and the food was terrible. Big kicker was we ordered two food items with avocado, neither came with avocado because they were out which they failed to inform us and didn’t offer a refund or solution when we inquired about it. So I ended up with a rubbery egg and cheese sandwich. My teenager, who was starving, took about 3 bites of her salad and threw it away. My husbands baked good was ice cold, still frozen in the center, he asked to have it heated up and it was still cold after they “heated it”. I’m concerned what their back kitchen looks like when their dining area looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of clutter everywhere with their unorganized storage being in the dining room and a table in the center of the cafe being used to stack rags. The employees gave minimum service and no one was wiping down dirty tables. I would choose Starbucks over them which is saying a lot because I hate Starbucks 😂.

Have been here a couple of times and had the lox and bagel on the everything bagel and it is absolutely delicious. The everything bagel is soft and reminiscent of the bagels I was able to get in NE Ohio. The lox tastes great and all the toppings on it pair together excellently. The Pink Drink has become a favorite, but needs to come in a larger size as I chug it down in minutes.
Excellent service and employees have been fantastic. Will be returning and supporting a local business more as I love doing so.

I stopped here with my son after his dentist appointment today. The young woman was super friendly and the service was excellent. My son enjoyed a Caramel Frappe and BLT. I enjoyed the Ron Weasley and Churro Donut.😊💛 Give it a try if you get a chance.

The Hand Cafe is a gem. Family friendly , inclusive , delicious, and unique . The best coffee in town! The gyros are delicious and the crepes are mouthwatering. It is a great spot for breakfast & lunch , but don’t forget dinner and their frosè selection! Excellent play area for the kiddos . My favorite place to meet friends for a quick and scrumptious bite . Highly recommend. The owners / manager are wonderful and will always get things right .

Service was very slow. The hot drinks were barely warm. Seating is cramped. My breakfast crepe was excellent. My husband’s egg sandwich was tasty but cold.

We went on a Sunday around 10 and it was moderately busy. The biggest detraction (which lasted our entire visit) were the screaming children running up the staircase to slide down the corkscrew slide. The atmosphere was more like an outdoor park than a warm, cozy cafe.

We had a group of seven for breakfast. Great coffees and really nice fresh breakfasts - from breakfast crepes to breakfast sandwiches and bagels and the lemon bars and salted caramel rice crispy treats were soo good!

Nice environment and friendly staff! We had lunch there and the food was amazing. Plenty of menu and coffee options. Overall a great place!
