Back In The Day Cafe

Haven't gotten my food yet but "Cindy" couldn't be more cold. On the very edge of being rude! My disappointment that I couldn't get breakfast at 10:50 crawled over her like a Mack truck. And towering over your customer to the point that my head is falling off the back of my shoulder is an obvious lack of training. I assume the food will be worth it according to the reviews but if you get Cindy as your waitress, good luck.

Great food, great price. Best gravy and chicken fried steak around. Friendly place and the service is great, not like the rest of the places around here. I try to eat here 2 or 3 times a week

I rally enjoyed this place, I like the setup and decor. The food was good the staff did a great job too. The only kind of problem I ever had was when my family was visiting and we went I thought the price qas high for breakfast, but after I made a comment they were super curtious and even gave me a discount. Thanks for the good food and Great memories

Kids plates are a joke. They say 1 egg,1bacon and pancake. When they brought it out for our kids I think they split 1 egg between the both of them. Bacon was uncooked and solid fat. Pancake was the size of a silver dollar. For $4.50 I would expect more than that. Terrible won’t be back.

We had our company meeting there. We all had breakfast I had the biscuits and gravy. Very very delicious. The bisquits were baked perfect the gravy even better. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.

First off the staff was not very friendly. Their menu said they served breakfast until 1045 am, but that's not true, they stop serving at 10am . So I ordered the lunch special, that was far from special, hardly edible. Overall I was disappointed with my experience after all I had heard and read about this place.

Food was ok, service was lacking. Server seemed mad about everything. Including us not knowing that they only serve breakfast. She did apologize for the food taking so long because "their internet went down"?!?!?.

Not a bad place reasonable prices nice staff, chicken fried steak was delicious. Always refilling my coffee cup. Definitely will visit again and recommend.

Great food and very friendly service. Forget going to the other places, if you want home cooking this is the place.

I love this place!! I do not like pancakes, but since trying the pancakes that my husband ordered, I have been craving them. I just want to know how they make them so amazing.
This is the place to go for breakfast or lunch.
