Our first time here today and we LOVED IT! Great staff, super friendly and we loved our drinks. I got a white chocolate frappe w caramel drizzle & my bf got a caramel hazelnut ice coffee. Will be our new favorite spot.

I missed the chicken salad! Everything is so fresh and filling. Wonderful customer service.

Love this place! I work at the outlets and I just recently found this little gem. Food is great, place looks great and I love the little scripture they put on your cup! Definitely one of my new favorite spots to eat especially since I work in the area!

Best hot white chocolate mocha i've EVER had and I'm an experienced coffee drinker. I was very impressed with the quality.

For some context, I work at the outlets. I would also consider myself a regular at Shannon's Sweets. My coworkers and I love going and ordering from here. I've never gotten an order wrong, nor have I ever left unhappy. Very Friendly staff and awesome sweets.

Went walking around the outlets to find this nice little cafe shop, saw it was pet friendly and decided to bring my dog. It’s a bit pricey but it’s very much understandable for a small business whose growing, the lady was nice enough to get me a complimentary treat for my dog. A very nice spot to hang out with friends and family.

Delicious food, the best service & such a comfortable cafe like feel. Great for a lunch meeting, studying or meeting for coffee & dessert. Next time I will enjoy breakfast and take something yummy to share with my office.

Frappes and muffins are always great. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is delicious too.
