Lazy Ladle Cafe

Just stopped by there today for the first time. This place is a nice clean establishment. The decor is rustic and reminds me of country dinners back home. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I tried the daily special enchilada casserole, cilantro rice, and a fresh salad. The casserole was simple but good, the rice was okay but nothing to right home about.
However the salad was one of the best I had had in some time. Very fresh! I was very pleased with the portions. My son ordered a childs cheeseburger it was very good and I believe the potatoe chips where homemade. If you want good country food I'd say give this place a try!

The staff are amazing people! The food is delish! They even have soft serve ice cream!

When I saw the reviews of this place I thought to myself, "They must be so high because it's the only restaurant in town." I was hungry and intrigued so we stopped. The food quality and freshness of ingredients is amazing. The food is made from scratch. When you go, don't skimp out on their homemade pies. Your tummy will thank me! I attached a pic of their delicious coconut cream pie. It was like heaven in my mouth!

The food is amazing but if you try and call in an order when they're really busy they'll put you on hold and forget about you, so try and go in to place the order

OMG - my kids and I absolutely loved eating here. Wonderful staff and delicious food at the right prices!! Wish I could go every day but we live three hours away. Until next time, keep our coconut cream pie cold for us!!

Basic country cooking, but hits the spot when you’re hungry! Inside is cozy and eclectic, but it was too chilly for me, so we sat outside.

Hard to find authentic down home great food like this anymore. Our chicken fry and catfish were far above average, with innovative sides and fresh salads. Friendly staff and quick service, passing through, but we will stop again!

Went there for dinner today and it was delicious. We had the Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. The batter on the steak was amazing. The salad dressing tasted homemade (I didn’t ask). They also have Blue Bell ice cream and waffle cones, that’s a plus. I will definitely go back, the menu had a nice variety.
