Mimi’s Bakery & Coffee Bar

Was driving from California to the Great State of Texas when me and my friends stopped at this Bakery and Coffee Bar, I must say I wasn't disappointed! The small bakery and coffee bar is ran by a husband and wife team and I'm always pulling for the little guy! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with Texas hospitality! They have so many various baked goods along with Espresso coffee! The coffee was great and the baked goods were awesome so fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this bakery and coffee bar if you're passing through Memphis,Texas please stop you will not be disappointed and SUPPORT this bakery! I hope they make it and I believe they will I was told they have only been in business for 3 months I'm pulling for them! The prices are very reasonable but the hospitality is great as well, may God bless this husband and wife team along with their Bakery and Coffee Bar! I shall return! 😁

Great coffee & specialty coffee drinks with some really good bakery items. And the place is really cute with very friendly owner. Reasonably priced, less than the "big name" coffee shop.
If you're on the road, I bypass the other place and head to Mimi's.

If you need coffee STOP here!! The coffee is great! I got the coconut EGGspresso and it was so delightful! Not too sweet, and the coffee flavor is amazing! Friend got the shaken brown sugar oat milk latte and was soo good! Also, don’t even get me started on the pastries! The strawberry muffin is unmatchable! The cute Heart straws are such a great addition to the wonderful coffee and the owner is one of the sweetest you’ll ever meet!

My latte was perfectly made and delicious. The kolache was warm and flavorful. The service was impeccable and the staff/ owners were so friendly. This is perfect place for travelers to stop for coffee. 10/10

We were driving thru to Austin from Colorado when we spotted this coffee shop. The owner made our coffees just as we requested, we are from Spain and she added extra Expresso for us to our liking. The muffins were delicious and moist and the cinnamon knot was to die for! Very clean, cutely decorated and a cozy spot with plenty of light. A nice break from the typical road stop. I would definitely return next time we're driving thru.

We were driving to Santa Fe seeing brown and red until we saw this pink building. The straws are heart shaped, there are mini games at tables, the coffee is tasty (frozen hot chocolate is ♡♡♡), the staff is representative of that Texas charm, and the interior is beautifully decorated. Eat here!!!!

Customer service is 100% !! And the drinks are delicious. We got the FrostBite Lotus Energy drink and the Shaken Brown Sugar Oatmilk Latte. I would come here everyday if I could!

I got the Frozen hot chocolate and it tasted so good same with the pigs in a blanket. They were so sweet there and had some fun games to play while you wait. 10/10 I would recomend!
