Coffee Shop Cafe

Old school cafe with rustic decor. The no frills breakfast we had was excellent and reasonably priced! We had the western omelette and the coffee shop special. Hash browns and thick-cut bacon were nice and crisp. The sausage patties had a nice kick of spice, thick and crumbly. The pancake was huge and fluffy. Homemade biscuits. Omelette had lots of flavor. Definitely a place to go if you have a hankering for breakfast!

I tried the buffet with my Mom today for lunch. Friendly staff. She loved the food. I thought it was better than good for the price, but you need to be into "country" type food. She got the Salisbury steak in brown mushroom sauce and a pile of sides. I got the country/chicken friend steak with white gravy. Both were good. Sides run to the starchy side, although the salad bar tasted good. Looking for forward to going back, maybe on the weekend when they have a little different selection.

Also good ice cream and cake included on buffet. We only got the one meat version of the buffet, but whole meal for both of us with drinks and taxes was just over $25.00

I wasn't expecting a buffet, but was so thrilled that they had one! Everything was absolutely delicious, lots of comfort foods that taste like Grandma's home cooking. Really fun atmosphere with lots of fun ephemera on the walls to see! The staff couldn't have been friendlier and made me feel right at home. And George Bush himself eats there quite often! I highly recommend this to anyone passing through.

This place is so wonderful!! Great attentive staff. Clean food area. First time here an will be back. They have a full menu. But also have a buffet. The food was very good an hot an fresh. Salad bar is awesome too. An they give you cake an ice cream. For dessert with the buffet.

I had a veggie omelet and fruit bowl. Both were great and our server was awesome. The atmosphere is relaxed and I would definitely go back. If I could I would rate them even higher

excellent experience at this old school hometown kind of pie shop. Yes we went for the pies but got sucked into the lunch buffet which didn't suck either.

Good home style cooking and friendly staff for a wonderful bargain. Reminds of eating my grandparents’ home meals made with lots of love. Buffet has many options of meats and veggies plus dessert included

Good food, and great service. Had the Big BLT with a fried egg added, very good. Wife had the chicken fried chicken, the seasoning was pleasant and the chicken was juicy and tender. If you are passing by it's worth a stop, nice menu choices.
