The atmosphere here is amazing, but it is a coffee lovers cafe. The coffee is the star of the show. They have the best dirty chai in McAllen. That being said they are more expensive than your mass production coffee house. You pay for quality.

Some of the most eccentric coffee types and teas out there. Try their dark chocolate pastry. The string lights outside look really nice and the seating outside can accomodate groups as big as six people or larger by grouping tables.
The parking lot is small and oddly configured so go in a smaller car and have a more experienced parker drive.

If you are a Third Wave coffee enthusiast then this place is for you! These Mad Scientists are pushing the envelope on coffee creations. Try their Tragos for sure! Their Last Word Latte and Gibraltar are amazing as well. Definitely a must try when looking for something different.

Excellent coffee! I love how they include info about the specific coffee bean that you're drinking, such as the grower, where it's from, the process, flavor profile, etc... It really enhanced the whole experience. Highly recommend.

It may be small but man the coffee is really great and unique here. Everytime I visit mcallen I always stop hers with my wife before we go read books at Barnes amd nobles

This place is amazing. I was in Edinburg for the week and the coffee at the hotel just wasn’t cutting it. One of the locals recommended semilla. I just wanted something drinkable but ended up getting one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a while. I ordered a dragon which was pricy but worth it if you’re a coffee snob. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable!!

Great coffe favourite is last word latte. The nice lady was too cool helping my siblings choose something they would like!! Best experience awesome service.
