Asked for a hot latte they gave me an iced one. This place isn’t what it use to be. The atmosphere use to feel warm and cozy. The beautiful mural, gone! the drinks use to be dressed and well presented every single time, flavors always spot on. It was the reason I came here on my wedding day. The new atmosphere feels like they’re just trying to be aesthetically pleasing, boring white walls with some hints of color and drinks are all served in to go cups. Mediocre, just overly sweet. Their instagram page was definitely deceiving. Not worth struggling to find a parking spot anymore.

If you want high quality coffee with staff that truly makes it to perfection. Semilla is your place. Really enjoy the atmosphere. Friendly clean and great coffee. Superb.

I’ve never been to a place like this. Their Tragos are delicious! Have to stop by every time I’m visiting the valley.

Excellent experience! The staff is so kind and informative! The coffee is AHH-MAZING! Its tasty and pretty! Cant rememeber the name of the one with rose petals and sage, but it was sweet and delicious! Also, tried the pina madre 😍 definitely a fan of this unusual combo! It really taste so good! We will for sure be back!

Not the best coffee in McAllen. It’s alright, and for some reason every time k go is no pastries 😅, and I don’t know if they didn’t want me there cuz every time I go they give me the coffee in a to go cup! And everyone around me has a regular mug! 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s alright but not the best!

Cute coffee shop and barista was helpful for it being my first time. Pretty quiet, nice environment. Me and my friends like coming for study dates
