This is a great little coffee shop hidden away, next to a bigger Laundromat, which is connected. I did not wash my clothes on this occasion despite how disgusting they smell however I did partake in an iced chai latte which quite frankly was good to excellent.

I had a regular latte. It was the perfect blend of coffee and milk. The atmosphere was subdued, hipstery. Possibly the most hipstery, California-feeling place I have ever been in while still in Texas.

Really nice interior and the coffee was good but I wouldn't get breakfast here. I had the breakfast platter and a breakfast taco. For the platter I didn't eat 1 of the 2 pieces of bacon it was that bad. The taco was decent but for a buck more I could get a burrito twice as as big at another place in town.

House brew coffee so good! Steak torta and chicken enchiladas verdes super yum.

Giving 5 stars for the service. (I haven’t had food or prepared drinks here.) The shop was out of stock on a prepackaged item, and the cashier offered a comparable substitute. Nice A/C. Sentinel also offers pottery and gift items which are priced comparable to items in larger cities. Nice vibe. Would go back if in Marfa.

The tacos were bland and the potatoes were undercooked.
Coffee was good. I just wouldn’t go for food.

Not really a local spot it's more hipster oriented. But the few times I was there I had excellent service when one amazing batista knew what she was doing and a certain bartender did too. They both have left and have their own businesses and we frequent them now. They need to teach people how to mix drinks and make cofee.

Worst meal I've had in all of Texas. I am vegetarian so I was delighted to find out online that they had plenty of veggie options. However, you cannot call boiled unseasoned butternut squash in a tasteless tortilla - without anything else in it - a taco. The staff were rude. I'd pay good money to see Gordon Ramsey visit this place and wipe the floor with it. AVOID.

There was *so* much space here dedicated to selling overpriced stuff with barely any seating. Plus the esoteric flute music was... cringe-worthy bad. Breakfast plate and coffee are on point though 👌

Not sure you can consider this a restaurant, they had 2 options for food. Thats right, 2 things to pick from, see the picture. The ice tea was by far the worst thing i have ever attempted to drink. Nice atmosphere, thats the only positive thing i have to say.
