Do Your Thing Coffee

Amazing food and atmosphere. They serve up Ritual coffee from SF (gold coast shout out!). The Jerusalem sold me on this place. Hit it up if your in Marfa, you won't be disappointed.

Cute atmosphere! The barista (Kyla?) was super nice. Oh yeah, the Jerusalem toast was vegan and delicious (the za'taar oil was beautiful). I'm still crying myself to sleep over that lovely cinnamon horchata latte.

Amazing lattes! I tried a couple coffee shops in town and this was by far the best. Service is very slow and could be streamlined to get coffees out quicker but still great coffee.

Loved the coffee it was amazing, staff was really nice and explained everything. Also very patient when our children decided to run around. They had an in door or out door sitting option. Would go again.

Latte was cool, not hot. Ordered online but they didn’t even start making the order until we walked in to see why it was taking so long.

Marfa Time

Fair warning city dwellers, Do Your Thing does not move at the breakneck speed of service you may be used to. Each cup of coffee and slice of toast is carefully crafted one cup and one slice at a time. It is entirely worth the wait but come ready to be on Marfa time.

Have the toast, I can only assume all the flavors are as good as the piece I had (mango, chili, cream cheese). Safe online ordering for this COVID mess and plenty of outdoor seating.

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The food is also really good.
