Finally back in Laredo; it's been three years and they've evolved. I was greeted by four baristas all happy to help. One at the register, one pouring me a cup of fresh coffee, another pulling me a double espresso and the other toasting my bagel.
The espresso was on point. I tasted all their coffees while deciding to go with the Guatemalan. The bagel and fresh jalapeño cream cheese was delicious. Of note: they now roast, in house, a CBD infused whole bean option. They also have togo cold brew bottles and a full line of swag.

Something about this place I love. The friendly baristas.. the fresh coffee. The fresh coffee and maybe just the fresh coffee.

Not that I care, but to give them credit and discard a few past reviews... all the employees were wearing masks properly and had all required signs in accordance with local laws and CDC recommended practices.

I felt very safe with or without a mask or bio-suit or whatever Faucey has recommended last night.

New location on McPherson just north of Calton. Plenty of coffee options and great shop owners. Community oriented and all about "giving back" come by and relax. Atmosphere is relaxing and great for studying or reading. Haven't found another coffee shop in Laredo quite like this one.

This place is gem here in town. The coffee is very well made; I recommend the pour over here for sure. The ambience is dim and cozy. Pastries are delicious and better than Corporate Coffeebucks.

The owner is also a super nice dude.

Quick service and delicious coffee. Went here twice and tried the Vietnamese coffee, the Cafe de Olla, and the dirty chai -- a great variety of beverages, as well as customizability for each one.

Great cozy place. I love it!!! They have the greatest hot chocolate for the non coffee drinker and a variety of flavorful coffee drinks for the coffee experts as well

Amending my review this place has got it going on. With all the new things that were added for the non coffee drinker, it has become the "It" hangout for me and my friends.

Met there with a friend and I was instantly hooked with the atmosphere, then I ordered the "Cafe con Leche" and now I am in love! Have tried a few different ones and all are amazing!!
The big coffee places have nothing on Organic Man Coffee.

Definitely returning when I visit Laredo!
Had their Vietnamese specialty & it was soo claiming, just perfect! A plus for me was that they even spoke Spanish! Excellent customer service & very helpful!

The coffee looked good but unfortunately the employees don’t follow the CDC recommendations to properly wear a mask. I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the idea of drinking a coffee made by someone who had their mask around their chin the entire time.

Excellent service! The gentleman explained the coffees perfectly. My wife had a Cortadito for the first time, highly recommend it. The Americano did not disappoint.
