Dutch Bros Coffee

They have a large menu, a very enthusiastic staff, and are more then happy to accommodate for things nor normally on the menu. EX: my double chocolate frosted mocha I love so much from them. Prices aren't bad at all, either.

I love, love love Dutch Boys Coffee. My go to drink is coffee with Irish Cream syrup with an extra shot of espresso. Yum.

Employees are always super friendly and seem to really love their jobs. While we were in the drive-thru, all employees were singing the tunes which were playing inside. They all sounded good and happy. What an fun and extra touch that will brighten up anyone's day!

I really wish there was a location in Sugar Land or Missouri City, TX.

Grand opening. Lots of energy and excitement. Guests greeted by smiling faces, free points, stickers and discounted drinks.

This is right down from my house. Wife and I decided to give it a try. Coffee was good, iced tea was fresh and well brewed. The line was short and the staff was super nice and friendly.

A great start for this new location. Hopefully you can keep up the momentum as it will be to have some competition for the Starbucks down the street.

Lines are way too long. Menu is limited and unimpressive. Employees are overly chatty which holds up the line. (There is a nice way to cut a customer off so you can move to the next order) Coffee was lukewarm!!! Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and go to Starbuck's! Also not ok with them writing on my cup with a PERMANENT SHARPIE MARKER not only is that unsanitary but also toxic! Do better Dutch Bros.

Those people care about you. Enough to give you something people don't normally give you in today's world.......CONVERSATION....... You don't get that anymore. And 6 months later they are still doing the same thing. Even with new faces.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros. and their staff. Dutch Bros has such a wide variety of drinks and all the drinks I have tried so far have been great. The drive-thru moves pretty quickly even when the line is long and the staff is really friendly and try to hold a conversation with you.

So good!! Maybe that’s why the line is always so long!🤣 great sugar free options too.

I typically only write good reviews and this is a good one. I only marked 4 stars to get the management's attention otherwise it is a 5 star review. The service is excellent at 5 star. Every employee I've encountered at this location is 5 star. Great and nice personalities from everyone and they seem to never make mistakes in my opinion. The drinks are great and far surpass competitors like Starbucks. My only concern is for management to consider something. As we approach the heat of the summer the employees really look like they're hurting out there taking orders in the direct sunlight. One guy had a cooling pack on his back. The girl who too our order was dripping in sweat. In my opinion they all looked like they were struggling and it's very dangerous. The employees do continue to smile for customers but they are hurting. This region of Texas locations should maybe do something similar to chic-Fila and install a canopy in the order line to provide some relief for them. Maybe consider visiting this or other nearby locations to see if you agree. If I see a canopy or some other solution to this I will edit this review into a well deserved 5 star. I do not like to hurt a company reputation as a buisness owner myself. Please consider this.

Please find some employees that actually know the meaning of good service. Stand in line for over 15 mins waiting for MY ORDER to be taken.
