Dutch Bros Coffee

First timer. The good: Drinks were cold and tasty! The not-so-good: 20-minute drive-thru! (They were slammed.)

It was my first time at Dutch Bros and my husbands second (had in Colorado). We had no idea there was one in Katy! Impromptu stop, friendly, and smooth delicious coffee! I had Annihilator blended with caramel (espresso with half/half and macadamia chocolate syrup), and husband had caramelizer iced . Both were incredible! Not overly sweet and the coffee is so flavorful, not burnt tasting. The Blended was smooth! Yummy :) can’t wait to go back!

Dutch Brothers is great. They have lots of options for cold and hot drinks. Drinks for even the little guys. They have a variety of items on the menu for snacks or food items. The granola bar is homemade and delicious. Usually a line at this location but it moves quickly. Stop and check it out.

For the kind of lines here, there needs to more staff taking orders.The coffee taste good but the service is slow.

Loved the caramalizer but didn’t enjoy my first experience here because I was so upset that the guy taking the orders skipped my turn and went to the other cars meanwhile I got to the line before they did. Like dude I’ve been waiting here, you saw me. Smh

I love Dutch Bros and the barristas here are great at suggesting new delicious things to try. And Opal says they make the best pup cups

Came here to try the coffee, and will keep coming back for the staff. Drive-thru personnel asked me what I was most looking forward to today. Actually, at that time it was my coffee, but that simple conversation turned my day around. The coffee is great but the people are AWESOME.

First time at the new location. I have been to the one in spring. It these katy locations are so sweet. I spoke to three people who really love their jobs. Two girls saw that I was having a bad day. Both girls gave me the nice pick me up. Starbucks has nothing on dutch bros. They are so big and nonchalant with their customers. Here they actually are happy and willing to speak to you other than coffee orders. I hope if anyone has a chance to stop by I recommend 100%. They have the best employees! I recommend the iced snickerdoodle!

You HAVE to go. The coffee is great but the service is even better. I met the sweetest girl in the drive thru, we chatted for several minutes, and she recommended a pumpkin drink I wouldn’t typically try so I ordered it. It was INCREDIBLE. Coffee was 10/10 but customer service was 12/10.

The coffee was wonderful. Staff was nice and we went around 8pm so nobody was in line. Although they look like they have a huge line and it looks like it takes long, they know how to move it through quickly

Love the coffee but the drive through wait time is way too long. I came for a quick coffee pick up and was here 45 min and stuck because there is no way to get out of the line once you’ve pulled in. Horrible design for the line. As much as I love the coffee, this experience is enough to make me not want to come back.
