Dutch Bros Coffee

Went to the window to be told that they weren’t taking walk up orders, gladly went to drive thru with enough time before close around 9 waited in line for almost an hour just to get told by the lady at the window they weren’t taking anymore orders. Wish there would have been better communication not me finally making it to the window for the lady at the window to tell me sorry its past 10 o’clock at 10:01 . To add, I wasn’t being let out of line because I was blocked in.

I've made this my daily coffee stop since moving to Katy, TX last August and the drinks are incredible. However at times the service is very slow, and it seems to have gotten a little bit longer waiting for orders at the walk up window. Came in wanting a Rebel on 3/4/23, but was told it will be 25 minutes due to the long drive thru lines. I couldn't wait that long and left, and the person in the window, (IMO) could have made the drink simply by opening the Rebel can and pumping the flavors. Why have a walk up window option, if you still have to wait for the drive-thru to get serviced first? Again, it seems like the service time is getting longer everyday, but the staff is ALWAYS professional. Perhaps additional hires would help in this situation.

Great location with a plethora of coffee and juice options. The thing that keeps me coming back since they opened in katy has got to be their customer service. Hands down, I've never had a bad experience with them.

This place is so awesome, they have really great drinks and they are super fast and the customer service is outstanding. I will keep coming here the prices are really great and you can customize any drink you want. Good bye Starbucks

First time trying. Fast service & nice employees. The only thing I wish they added more was the whip cream. Overall it was delicious! I got the frost strawberry shake

This place was great. Everyone who was working was amazing, the kid from Colorado and the two boys from oregon Bryce and Brenton. Coffee was on point and they made are day even better.

Went to try to DutchBros and was not impressed. We waited longer than the people behind us in the cold and the drink we received was warm, and tasted like flavored water. The cashier was nice, but I wasn’t pleased that she asked us if we would tip, made me feel forced. Overall not happy.
