went for the grand opening and the staff were AMAZING. the line was long but they were moving cars through fast - i only waited about 10 mins. they were standing throughout the line explaining the menu, helping with the app, and giving recommendations. coffee was amazing too! i will be back 🤩

Loved the ones near Oregon. This one does not make the cut. I asked for a frosty (milkshake texture) with espresso over the top. They refuse. They repeated the order to me but still gave me a frozen. On the west coast espresso over the top of a frosty is very popular. This is the third one in the South that refuses to do it. Don’t repeat my order as a ‘frosty’ and sneak in a frozen. Most of the people that are coming will know the difference. It is not hard to pour espresso on the top of a frosty. It does not violate the company. Yes it says that they have no coffee in a frosty, It does not mean a shot can not get added. The shot added to the frosty also helps create a very unique presentation. The frozen looks like something you can pick up at Dunkin. This potentially is traced back to management saying ‘oh just give him a frozen’. The guy at counter was chill. I have a nice vintage sticker on back of FJ i got when living in the Sierra Nevada’s. I’m done. Sticker is coming off.

My first time here. I ordered two different types of drinks one was a custom coffee drink which tasted like milk with a little bit of sweetener and the second one was a peach green tea which tasted like water. I’m not impressed at all with the drinks but the employees were very friendly.

So stoked to have Dutch Bros in Katy!!! Been twice so far, and have had a great experience! The drinks taste exactly the same as when I was in Oregon. Awesome staff. I'm sure Katy will love this place as much as I do!

Super excited Dutch Bros has opened in Katy! The coffee is seriously amazing and service was quick and friendly. First time I tried Dutch Bros was in Renton Seattle area. I fell in love and prayed they would come to the Houston area. Prayers answered....if you love good coffee or creative coffee drinks. Check them out!

Worst coffee ever 🤢 it's like there's spices in it, $4,55 for a small cappuccino 75% foam, 25% really bad 👎 coffee

Staff are consistently very friendly! We got the Rainbrow peach tea and a Vanilla late with oat milk. 🤤 winning all around!!! 🙌🏽

Good coffee. Line was insane Saturday morning at 10am.

The coffee is great and customer service was great. However, I doubt I will be returning. The excessive wait for a coffee is just not worth it. The amount of time my family had to wait was beyond unacceptable.
