Sipsy's Coffee House

I got a special called “The Sipsy” with no mocha & substitute oat milk. It was wayyyy too sweet and the didn’t have a good selection of non dairy flavors. I couldn’t barely taste the coffee in my drink. But the Lotus drinks were neat! I don’t think the employee knew a whole lot about the drinks because he couldn’t answer a lot of the questions we had. I think it’s in a cute environment!

The cashier helped me find a flavor that was vegan, sugar free mocha, I got cold brew with soy milk with it. I also got açaí lotus base of water with sugar free raspberry! Both of my vegan drinks were tasty 👅

Friendly service and has the most AMAZING coffee! My favorite is the churro coffee! It's way better than starbucks!!! Sipsy's was well hidden off the main road, but GPS took us straight to it! Will definitely have to make more trips to Huntsville, TX for their coffee!!!

We had to make a stop and get some coffee, and this place seemed nice so we stopped here.
It is a really nice place!
Cozy since it is a house that was turned into a coffee shop. The vibe is like sitting in a friend's house, and there were some students there working. The patio outside looks nice but it was raining when we came so we couldn't sit there.
The coffee was pretty good, and I would come back when I'll be in the area.

Every time I travel from Austin to Huntsville, I try to make time to get my coffee here. Everyone is super friendly, it's clean, and super inviting inside or outside. They have amazing coffee and fix it exactly how you want it even if it's a little outside of the menu. They also have a delicious blueberry muffin. Thank you Sipsy's.

Stopped for a quick coffee before a hike and ordered an iced Churro! So good! It was just right, not too sweet. Great service too! I’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area again :)

Coffee taste is great.Very inconsistent on service. Came from out of town, and 1st day coffee was very hot. 2nd day my breve was lukewarm , asked them to heat it up and the girl rolled her eyes at me. 3rd day(and last) as the server was giving us our drinks she said “ I’m over it “. Sorry for asking you to do your job.

The drinks my husband and I got were delicious. I got the churro iced coffee and he got the Sipsy Frappuccino. Defintely 10/10 & recommend if you're in the area to stop by.
They also have great areas to study and sit as well as wifi available to customers only.

Next time we are in Huntsville, TX we will make sure to stop by again. :)

I am a regular customer at this place , and I always get a small smoothie for my daughter when I order , well this evening I went too place my order, and I was rudely cut off and immediately turned down from placing my daughter's smoothie order because "the blender was put up for the night", first of all it was 6:40, 6:45 pm , So i Said oh ok what time do you close again?, The lady said 8pm.....

Look I get it you don't want too be at work, but you just lost a regular customer due too the amount of laziness and rudeness that was portrayed, very disrespectful and you have forever lost my family and I as customers , I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who is wondering.

Love small businesses! Just a little old house filled with big hip style that just makes me smile when I step inside. Great outdoors area as well. But of course it's the coffee "churro" and the smiles that brings me back every time I'm in the area! Thank you all for the friendly service!
