Delicious lattes and friendly baristas/cashiers. The drive-thru wait can be a little long, but it’s worth it. Their seasonal drinks are great.

the best oat milk chai latte in houston hands down. the oat milk is so creamy and its the perfect sweetness, the foam tastes like literal dessert. So yummy! Tacos are pretty good too homemade tortillas, sell out around 11 am-noon!

New coffee shop that just opened. The drive through is great with no wait. However, I have ordered the exact same item all 3 times- a large iced mocha- and the price has been different each time. Today it was .77 more expensive than yesterday.

Uncle Bean’s is my go-to, favorite coffee shop. The vibe and customer service are awesome, plus the drive thru is so convenient. Their seasonal flavors are also great - way better and more creative than other coffee shops in the Heights, which is saying something with so many other places in the area. Right now, I love their seasonal rosemary late and the oh snap. They have the absolute best hazelnut flavor, as well. Family friendly, dog friendly, bike friendly. Highly recommend!

They use Amaya beans, which is one of my favorites for a great chocolaty roast. Fun seasonal drinks as well as solid basic espresso drinks. CBD oil options make for an interesting taste, and almost fights with the caffeine, but it's good. Nice walk-up shop with a good amount of outdoor seating. If you drive over you might have to park a little farther away for legal street parking on a busy day. Drive-thru can take some time since they only have so many workers who can fit in the little workspace. No bathroom, no Wi-Fi. Workers are professional and helpful. Dog friendly with dog treats purchasable.

Absolutely love Uncle Bean’s! It’s the best coffee shop in town. Great coffee and food. Not to mention, the people are always personable and kind. The owner is a super nice guy and even comped my coffee once when I forgot my wallet. Will be back over and over!

I had the pleasure of giving an Uber ride to a young lady who works here. Got a cup of coffee and I’m so glad I did, it’s so good!

Cool little coffee shop. Its mostly for drive thru or walk up orders, but if you're lucky they have one parking spot! Lots of milk and syrup alternatives as well as snacks. Fun decor outside to sit and enjoy.
