Summer Moon Coffee

This is a nice location with plenty of socially distanced seating. The place is quite popular so expect a crowd and parking may be hard to find because it is located in a strip mall with warnings posted about time limits on parking. Our regular coffee was light and smooth.
Fast but friendly service.

Went to the barker cypress rd location and ordered a hot whisper moon latte and it was barely warm at best almost cold basically.

My go to coffee shop. The moon milk is delicious. Pastries taste fresh and the coffee is amazing.

Was driving through and wanted something different. Wife google and found this place.and the iced latte summer moon was on point. We got to San Antonio and had to get it all 3 days while we were there. On our way back we had to stop by the place in Houston again, also bought a variety pack and now just order 3 variety pod pack. I know it’s not going to taste the same without summer moon milk, but the roasted is delicious. I’m looking into possible franchising here in Alabama. Oh very friendly staff and will definitely stop by when we’re heading that way

Not the best, think the fact that the syrups aren’t house made was a deal breaker for me. I always support small shops and this one wasn’t the best. Might settle if I’m ever around but definitely not on the top of my list!

Been here a few times, morning staff is friendly. Visted at night and found out the staff doesnt know how to do customer service or inform customers that their order is done. They just stand around and gossip. Been in the retail coffee industry before and those are red flags. 😬

Halloween Mystery: Disappeared Order
Once upon a time, I went to this location and ordered a vanilla moon glacier. As usual, I waited for my drink by the counter. Time goes by without you knowing it. When I checked the time, it’s been 25 minutes of waiting for a single drink.
As I see people who were after me got their drinks, I finally asked about my order. The barista told me that there is no such order. Boo!👻 I just don’t understand how my order ‘DISAPPEARED’ after I paid at the register. Anyone loves a mystery to solve?

I understand that there are a lot of people. However, 25 minutes of waiting for a single drink does not make any sense.

During my time of waiting, no one ever appeared to know or care about the fact that I was waiting for a long time.

I love Summer Moon in Austin and San Marcos. However, I have had multiple unpleasant interactions with this Katy location.

Take away:
I hope the management could train the staff better to improve their communication and customer service skills.

Definitely great coffee and lovely staff. Their carrot cake is delicious!

I’ve never had wood fired coffee before but I’m here for it. The half moon latte was a great balance of their special moon milk and espresso

OMG favorite place ever. I wish you were closer to Fulshear. But probably good that you aren’t! Stopped in again yesterday morning after a doctors appointment. I had fasted so it was my first cup of coffee that morning. I have been before and liked the iced drinks I have had. But today I wanted hot. Just didn’t know what. Asked for a recommendation but not pumpkin. Young lady asked if I liked cinnamon. Said yes! So she suggested a cinnamoon latte. Best thing I’ve had in a very long time. Loved it! Can’t wait to have it again. I wish I had one RIGHT NOW.
