They ok but even during busy time they won’t give the hot fresh glaze

They make hot donuts around 9pm when they close the inside! If you go around that time and they are not finished yet they'll tell you to park in front and they will bring the hot donuts to you at your car. Nice

These people are sloooooow.... the drive thru is the ONLY thing open and they sure do take their sweet time. I drove up to the front of the building to walk in the guy in there tells me to go around the drive thru. There was 10 cars in line. It says 24 hours..open the front doors and get people moving through there quicker.

I hated seeing while in the drive through the kolaches being made bare hand. It was hard for me to trust this location anymore to buy donuts from. I believe in gloves to a certain extent and the way the guy was going so deep with his hands into the whole making of the kolaches ruined me and made me leave the drive thru line. I just can't believe their hands can be that clean and, then, today, I find out that the restaurant from the health inspectors got 34 demerits and they had to throw out their food. It's good I saw what I saw.

Not what it used to be, I don't know if management has changed but donuts and kolaches used to be way better and better tasting back then. The staff is not as kind either, good if you're craving donuts but like I said this place used to be better.

i went on a weekend, there was on older lady at the window. when i asked for the price of a half dozen of donuts she took off, didn't answer my question. when she came back to the window with the box of donuts. first of all i didn't ask for my whole box to be glaze, second i wanted to know how much it was. so when i told her i didn't want all of them to be glaze and i wanted only half a dozen and mixed she rolled her eyes and started slamming the box. then proceed to tell me it was an additional charge for mixed donuts. i got my HALF dozen donuts and left never again will i go to this place.

Best place to get the freshest donuts it's always busy but worth the wait and staff is very friendly.

The food tasted good but I got severe food poisoning. I've been here several times and this was the first time this happened. Probably won't go again though, felt like I was about to die from eating those kolaches.

Probably the most useless donut shop of them all. Every time I go they are out of regular glazed donuts. I've been at different times: morning, noon, late night. Never a donut to be found.

One morning I decided to switch it up and order a kolache, nope. Didn't have that either.
What's the use of a 24 how drive thru if you can't get the most basic of things Shipley's is known for?

Never getting my service again. They give you cold do nuts with no option to heat them up. Every Shipleys ive been to has had a microwave either in the lobby, or the cashier will take them back to heat them up themselves if asked. She said they were a franchise with different rules. Honestly i shouldve asked for my money back, but instead had to drive a mile down the road to a gas station and use their microwave. So inconvenient, horrible service, and deffinetly not customer satisfactoring. Do-nuts are food, and should be served warm just like food. Atleast given the option.
