Shipley Do-Nuts

Went expecting hot fresh donut early in the morning instead I got cold stale donut taste and feel like donuts stay out all night was cold and hard only the kolache was fresh and hot.

The lady working this night was awesome. .My car wouldn't start after leaving Conn's and I was in a bad area and didn't want to get robbed for the things I got from Conn's so the lady let me pass her my items through the drive-thru and she held on to them for me until my car was up and running after AAA got there she is an angel!

Always good to eat donuts, wish they had restrooms for customers.

The condiment area should have been cleaned. Coffee, cream sugar everywhere. I had to clean the area just to use the area. Upon arrival I requested hot donuts or at least warm donuts. The donuts were cold. The kolaches were great. Overall it was okay. But not like the one on Scott Street. No matter what time of day the staff is friendly and the donuts be hot or warm. They need to work on there coffee on Scott, too watery. This location coffee impressed me greatly. It shocked me because it tasted really fresh and NOT watery. I would recommend this location for real good coffee. Customer service in improving. Don't lie and say what you don't have. Just be honest and explain to win the customer with truthfulness.

No hot glazed donuts and no microwave to heat up the donuts...sad...

Kolaches are always good, and the donuts are hot & fresh. They do need to repair their driveway for the drive thru. I've been coming here for years and the pot holes have gotten worse. I'm not going to tear up my car to get some donuts and kolaches. Customer service here is excellent and always fast. Keep up the great work!

Open 24-7 so that's always a plus, stopped after a late shift around 12:30-1:00am and the kolache and coffee were hot and the donut didn't seem like it had been sitting out all day. A few people in line ahead of me but the wait wasn't long so overall a good experience.

They work so slow and if you do Uber eats you won't get the food for 10 minutes they didn't even have it prepared or ready they never have donut holes or coffee it's just so unorganized

Worst kolache ever! Nothing like the other locations.

The queue is always too much, and the place is understaffed.
