Shipley Do-Nuts

They can never get my order right. I specifically asked for a plain sausage kolache and I always get cheese I am allergic...DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ASK/PAY FOR. WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE.

This used to be the best Shipley’s to go to but they have since hired young men that are extremely slow and never want to give what’s being requested. I’ve ALWAYS asked for hot fresh glazed and the people that have been there for years have ALWAYS given what I’m requested. Now I get stuck with these men that give me cold donuts sitting on a cart. This morning he said they didn’t have any hot BUT I just walked the lady walk to the back and get some for another customer. I don’t even understand what the issue is. I go early for the hot fresh donuts. When it’s clearly available why can’t I get what I’m paying for ??

Why does this location ALWAYS HAVE COLD DONUTS. IT'S ANNOYING TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON FREAKING COLD DO-NUTS. And yet we the customers get screwed out of our money but who cares as long as they make the sale, right?

Went yesterday afternoon and while waiting noticed the 2 males that were making doughnuts had no hair net or facial guard one of them had a full beard and the other a mustache and goatee..When it was our turn there was limited doughnuts no drinks and when she notices that there is it belonged to the other female worker.she apologized for not being able to sell she was unaware she stated that the drink belonged to co worker until she got yelled at!!!
She herself at the window was very nice and had great customer service..

Just drove threw Shipley was greeted by a very rude Hispanic lady who said we out of coffee ,milk juice ,sodas she handed me a very cold box of mixed donuts that looked 2 days old I have never been searved cold donuts on north main and 45 worst $6.90 I ever spent When I asked for a refund she shut the window

There donuts are always fresh! 😋

I went to Shipley's donuts because I was dizzy my sugar was dropping but I got a 2 Colossus instead of sweet's it was well worth it.
