Great an cool coffee shop!i love all the small shops surrounding it an also the old building vibe!it’s cozy yet classy.There drinks are pretty good..I had the iced lavender latte!

Quite the Intersting place. Has lots of couches and seating with great coffee selection. Addionaly also has lots of cool little shops in the back & some cool photo shoot areas aswll.

Love this place, great space with plenty of tables and seating, including couches for studying/working or just hanging out. Big and open space but still feels welcoming and comfortable.

Coffee shop is good, nice selection with some savory and sweet snacking options.

The retail and offices are in shipping containers inside the building and make for interesting collection of small businesses. You can walk around and check them out, great concept ising the containers in this fashion.
The indoor market days and special events are scheduled periodically and are especially good with our Houston weather.

Lots of paved parking in lot across the street. Not a main thoroughfare but easy to get to.

Great coffee and service. I love a coffee shop that isn't too cool to offer pumpkin spice! I'm told the pumpkin spice flavoring is fresh and made in-house. It's delicious. Prices are a little high, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.
Check out some of the neat little shops in the back while you're there.

Beautiful chemex that tasted so good! Also good espresso drinks. The container mall it's a part of will be a great local place to shop as well!

I love trying new coffee shops! I will definitely be adding this one to my list of coffee shops to visit again. I liked the calm environment and I was able to truly enjoy my coffee and be productive while on my laptop. I had La Mexican Latte which was such a cute idea and it was just as delicious as it looked! They even have brisket empanadas which were so delicious once I got hungry after a while of working on my laptop!

Amazing place! Had no idea the iron works building that it's in even existed. Tiny coffee place located inside a cooler local goods complex. Got the candy corn latte and pumpkin spice latte. The candy corn latte was pretty sweet which I enjoyed as the cool whipped cream offset the warm drink well. It also came with 3 candy corns! The PSL was not overly sweet for those who like drinks less sweet. Lots of original drinks on the menu. The cranberry scone also had way less sugar than other coffee shops which I enjoyed. Great place!

"La Mexicana" was a delicious choice. Made with the perfect amount of vanilla, cinnamon & honey. Excellent customer service as well. I'll keep coming back for sure.
