Place is overpriced. 30 mins for 1 avocado toast (which had more cream cheese than avocado) and coffee with coffee grounds in it. Located in a nice ambiance of box. Enjoy!

The staff were friendly but the coffee itself was a little weak. There wasn't much flavor to the churro coffee which doesn't justify the $5 price tag, you're almost better of going to Starbucks. The atmosphere is ok but everything feels very congested/busy because all the tables are very close to each other and not much room to walk around. There is also no prices on anything.

CJ: Hi how can i help you. Me: medium latte. CJ: 2% milk ok? Me: no. Whole milk please. CJ: we don’t have whole. Me: - in an ornery mood - what else ya got? CJ: oat or almond. Me: 😕 i’ll take 2% then. And a cranberry scone please. Both were ready in a jiffy as i was one of only a few people first thing on this Sunday morning. Really adorably cute pretty young lady with long black hair made a great cup of cawfee. Drank my cawfee, ate my really good scone to some really cool music set at the perfect volume. Read my book to the subtle chatter about the shop. Enjoyed it so much i wanted anutha. This time i got the banana nit muffin. I told CJ the 2% didnt make a difference im glad, im just a traditionalist!! 😋. Took it ta go on me way ta church. Good place. Looks brand schpankin new. Also has a juice bar. Definitely returning if im still in Houston next Sunday. (I may go back during the week just becawz). Segundo is a recommendation. Enjoyeee

Hidden gem in Houston's East End. Excellent vibes.

The atmosphere is everything. It’s a great place to leave the rush of the city for a bit and relax in this industrial style open space concept. All the store are in shipping containers.

Segundo is amazing I’m so coming back very nice my drink was amazing no attitude. Nice building and love the aesthetic of the shop and very calm.

Fun experience and a treat! Fast and friendly service <3 I recommend La Mexicana iced coffee (: definitely worth a try and will for sure return

Very cute location. Coffee is very good, wanted to try tacos but had just eaten lunch. Had the cold brew and Coco loco. Kind of limited seating if it's busy
