This place is perfect for studying and the coffee is delicious! There are also many cute local shops inside! I love studying here on the weekends.

Located inside Ironworks on the East End, a great place to work while enjoying a good cup of coffee. They have a selection of pastries and breakfast tacos that I did not try. My latte was stout yet good.

This place puts you in the mood. Mood to relax, chill, reflect, and focus. Really like the industrial feel to the interior. A little busy at times but if you avoid the peak, its a great place to rest, study, or chill with your friends.

This place is really good and I don’t know why it has taken me so long to make it here the coffee was great the staff is superb they gave me the opinions on which ones to try for a newbie and answered my questions. I committed to el pinguino probably butchered the spelling in that but it was DELICIOUS !!!!. I also had the brisket torta which was good aswell but I heard the breakfast tacos were good too but that’s for another day.

Great espresso & coffee in Houston! Wasn’t a fan of the food - wouldn’t waste your money on the overnight oats and the empanada’s. But the latte’s, cortado’s, and special drinks were awesome! The location is not the best, and can be seen as unsafe. Honestly wouldn’t recommend late at night.

The Pistachio croissant was DELICIOUS
I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and lavender honey. It sounds yummy but it tasted weird cuz of the lavender honey, I couldn’t finish the cappuccino because of that weird after taste 😅
Choco Latte
Amazingly tasty, creamy, and unique coffee! The service was great and I tried their specialties by recommendation (La Mexicana and the Mocha with heavy cream). Did not disappoint at all and will surely return again. Hope this place grows more since they have so much potential! Good place to study/work if you're not nocturnal since they close pretty soon. There's some background construction noise that goes on now and then but it's bearable.

Love this new coffeeshop! It’s in an open and spacious warehouse style building. Lots of seating available and they even have their own private lot. Best part is they’re dog friendly! Dogs are welcome inside the shop so you can bring your furry friend along while you get work done or just hang out. Oh and the coffee is pretty good too!

Hosted a group here. I like the space and the coffee is good. The only downside is that they run out of food throughout the day so if you want to experience delicious tamales or pastries you have to get there while it’s in stock. In terms of driving there, it a co-op space inside the Iron Works Building so I passed it a few times before realizing it was inside. There’s plenty of parking at the lot.

Amazing coffee, tea and breakfast spot with pastries and breakfast tacos. Dog friendly with a great atmosphere and ample seating. ☕️
