Everything was so great about this place. The food, the ambience, and the service! One of the best places I've visited while in Houston. The pizza dough is to die for and the toppings works so well. The burger bun is so soft and melts in your mouth, and they have the BEST vegetarian burger and fries. Highly recommended.

I used to visit this spot quite often, as I lived down the street. Unfortunately several unpleasant experiences have caused me to call it quits as a customer. The food is amazing, but the owner completely ruins the atmosphere. He’s pushy, constantly visiting your table to intimidate you into leaving, and even if we mention that we plan to order more food, we are still rushed to give up our table. More often than not, the space isn’t busy and there are plenty of open tables. Some of the staff are quite rude and condescending. I was once accused of cutting in line, even though it was an honest mistake and there was no clear flow of traffic. I once brought my mother for a coffee and the barista berated her about her coffee order and said “This isn’t a Starbucks”. My wife and I just can’t bother to give this place our money anymore. It doesn’t value even its most loyal customers, and it seems POC are often the largest targets of the owner’s ridiculous behavior.

I enjoyed the food, I got the “huevos a la probrezo, it was amazing! Has a full bar and nice clean environment. Great music and the manager was very professional.

A lot of outside seating, and self serving, which are very helpful when practicing the covid-19 safety measures.
Great food, although a lot of the dishes are a little bit spicy.

Blew my mind with the complex but delicious food they served. Different service style which I found refreshing and convenient. You order and you then pick a table. They bring food out for you. Very convenient for traveling when you arrive early

Lovely place! Extended menu, great service and environment! Coming back again, only trick is to find parking but is worth it!

The middle aged guy with the sweaty bangs has a huge attitude every time people order. Cafe Brasil is nice but they definitely have a few culture issues when dealing with customers. You feel very rushed, there’s not a thank you for coming.

Top rate coffee and excellent food. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Good spot to meet up with folks or to just indulge in some good food and coffee.

Love the chicken struggle bowl. Great, chill place to work or eat with friends. Only complaint is parking can sometimes be a pain, but that's Montrose for you.

Great dive bar with outdoor seating and a very casual vibe. In the montrose area which you can always count on good people watching.
