This is the only place in town, other than my own kitchen, at which I will buy coffee. I refuse to buy at Starbucks, and this place is great. Good coffee, other drinks, and beer. This is a nice lunch stop, or a place to grab a quick bite. They have food for breakfast, but I've never eaten there for breakfast, so I cannot comment. If you are attending a show at the Opera House, this is a nice place to visit before/after.

We went on a Saturday morning. It wasn't particularly crowded but it took 45 minutes for our food to come out after ordered (pancakes and breakfast tacos). Having said that, everything else was good. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty yummy! Maybe the long wait time was a fluke...

Good coffee. Food looked pretty good. Most staff an customers not wearing masks, even with laws posted around town. Very crowded, probably due to the yummy food and cozy ambiance. Would go again.

My sandwich was great. No surprise there. They really do have the best sandwich in town. Didn't care for the potato salad. The thing that took them from a 5 to a 3 is the fact that I left my to go containers, my kids drinks, my coffee and water, and my purse at my table when I went to check on my kids in the bathroom and by the time I got back they had thrown it all away except my food. They replaced my coffee with one a size SMALLER and brought me back my food, but never replaced my kids drinks even after I asked them too, and no one wanted to take responsibility for my table being cleared when I was obviously still using the table. Poor service.

I frequently visit this place for their amazing sandwiches. They are fast, delicious and beautifully crafted. The bacon cheeseburger is seriously the best game in town. If you want an outstanding sandwich, look no further.

Words can not describe their breakfast. Try the candied bacon with the breakfast plate. Or just order it on the side. It's so delicious. Lunch time has to be the Albuquerque Turkey Sandwich. That thing is so good I might be pregnant from it. No lie. Great with their sweet potato fries. Yum yum! Hungry for it all of the time!

The Albuquerque Turkey sandwich is so good I rarely stray from that item. Burgers are awesome as are the homemade chips. "Welcome to Paradise" rings out cheerfully when patrons enter. Food service is prompt and the 19th century building is warm and inviting.

Really awesome atmosphere, and the breakfast was great. Go for the blueberry pancakes and mimosas!

Something has recently changed. We have lived in the area for a year now and this has been one of our favorites. Suddenly almost all new people out front and in the kitchen. Regular daily specials no longer available. The Green Chicken Chili soup was amazing in the past but is now watery. Waited this past Sunday for 20 minutes for our food to arrive, that has never happened in the past. Wish I knew what was going on. Hate to loose this place as it has been so good and so consistent in the past.

Highly recommend Paradise Bistro for a catering event! The setup was absolutely amazing! Laura made sure to get details about our wedding decor, and followed it! They were on time and prompt! Every guest was completely satisfied! There were not any leftovers! That alone says enough! We were extremely satisfied, and are already planning a trip to Granbury to enjoy a great lunch!
