BAKED! Bread & Pastry Co

We made Saturday a special day by driving to Granbury for breakfast at Baked. The coffee is delicious, and the pastries are exceptional. My husband and I shared the biscuits with sausage gravy. They’re so good that I wasn’t offended that he said they were as good as mine!😁 The stars of the menu are the pop tarts, but the croissants, scones, cinnamon rolls and brown sugar bourbon pumpkin pie are all worth the drive!

Dunno how to spell it but tell them queen amon. You won't regret it.

Edit: please bring them back more than Fridays. They need daily love too!

I love their bread but to pre-order, it needs to be made clear that it is online and not by a phone call.

Baked pastries and bread are the BEST! They are always fresh, made with pure, real ingredients, and so delicious. They work hard to make the very best products, and I love being able to watch them work through the windows into the kitchen. They serve Stumptown coffee, which is wonderful, and every single item I've had has been scrumptious. So proud and thankful to have Baked nearby!

Best bakery in town, no doubt about it. One of our hidden gems in Granbury.

friendly staff, and the croissants were delicious. I got the goat and mushroom, and a ham & gruyere.. I wish I had had time to come back and pick up some bread on my way back to DFW area, but they close at 2:00p and I was in Granbury till 6:00pm.

The yogurt and granola was lacking. The flavor was a little bland and portion was minimal for the price. Always love the coffee there!

Friendly staff, extremely clean, delicious pastries. Mushrooms and goat cheese is a favorite of mine. Fast internet and very comfortable chairs.

This place is amazing! The pastries are so fresh and taste of the best ingredients. They have a wide selection from savory to sweet. And the coffee! Holy cow if there was a drive thru I would never drink *bucks ever again.
