This place is an absolute gem!💎 We are so lucky to have such a genuine small business located here in Granbury. We have been to Baked tons of times and have never had a bad experience, any line there is worth waiting for. The hot food that is served there is outstanding, you’ll never catch us without a box full of pastries as we walk out the door. If I could give 10 stars you’d bet I’d give 11 - this is the #1 place I recommend to any and everyone!!

Everything is delicious here! They have indoor seating or outdoor, dine in or to go. You go to the counter and kind of have to take what they have made that day instead of looking at a menu which sounds limiting but works out so well because you try new things. And it doesn't matter because its all fantastic. The iced coffee with vanilla bean was particularly good but so were the pastries! Definitely stopping here next time I pass through Granbury. And the woman behind the counter was SO friendly, helpful, and knowdgable that I thought she was the owner until I asked her. Everything about the place was perfect.

Pretty good, but I’m never able to come. The lines are always very long and they are very slow. Plus if you are wanting to eat inside there is very limited seating and it’s very cramped. And don’t expect to get your food quickly, It takes ages to get a sandwich. I will keep trying to time right, maybe I’ll get to eat there again soon.

My mom and I came here for a quick lunch for the first time and both got sandwiches. Her the blt and me the roast beef. Very delicious and fresh! My favorite type of bread is sourdough so I was thrilled my sandwich came with that for the bread! Will be back for sure!

They provided good sourdough bread bowls for a rehearsal dinner. I came into the store personally with over a month lead time. Could not get a response from the owner or the baker to confirm the order and specifications until two weeks before the event. Communication was intermittent at best and almost had to go to my backup plan but they eventually came through in the end.

This is a very charming little bakery. It's more upscale and the prices are on the higher side. For the price the baked goods are good. Slightly lower prices and the price to quality ratio would be excellent. Don't get me wrong these are good baked goods and pastries and the business is worth visiting, but be ready to spend a pretty penny on pastries and coffee. I don't go here very often because it's not worth the price to go all of the time. It's worth going once in a while when you've forgotten how good it taste to visit here or if you want to take a loved one to a nice place.
Another negative would be the location. Unless you're from Granbury, the store is stuck behind the main road down a street that's a bit hard to see unless you are really paying attention to where you are going. If you miss the turn, it's a bit hard to find your way around to where it is located because of the busyness of the main road.

Such great food. More seating is needed and definitely a different way to pay. The time it takes to order and pay is crazy long. Other than those few things, it's wonderful. Food is so great.

I've heard alot about this new Bakery in Granbury and im so glad I stopped in and got a few things to share with some good friends. It was all very good and the staff is so kind and very Friendly . Off the beaten path but well worth finding. The coffee was great to. A must try. Ill definitely be back.

Wow. That's my one word for the pastries we sampled here. Coffee was great as well. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Try the strawberry pop tart pastry.

The baked goods are amazing, however they need more knowledge about coffee. Their coffee is decent but when they use words like “latte machine” I worry about dialing in, how they flush their machine, and the fact they steam their milk like Starbucks does…
Edit: so the craft of coffee is pretentious? I appreciate the reply and the attention to detail with the words being used. But you proved you’re more like Starbucks than I thought.
