Fredericksburg Mini Donut Co

Delicious! We got the cinnamon roll variety (w/out pecans). Only complaint is they could have had more glaze, like the menu board picture showed. We’ll be back to try some other flavors!

Amazing little donut food truck!! We tried the cinnamon sugar and the cinnamon roll glazed, not much a diffrence in flavor between them but where really good!

There are a few must do when visiting Fredericksburg: enchanted rock, wineries and Fredericksburg mini donut company. In our third visit the donuts are better than ever. Mini bites of heaven crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. The owner is always kind and courteous. Too bad this is not in Houston. But wait! They are actually going to be in the rodeo. Find them in the main lobby of NRG.

These mini donuts were so delicious! Tasted fresh and not overly sweet. A must try if you’re visiting Fredericksburg. Customer service was also great!

The s’mores was on point down to the toasted mini marshmallows and my friend got the turtle ones and you can’t go wrong with either. Love, it’s a must stop if you’re in town or have a love for donuts!

A definite must for a sweet breakfast treat! The lemon blueberry donuts are delicious-they make they’re own glazes and you can tell. The donuts themselves are hard to explain, but trust me when I say they are so,
so good. They make a tasty sweet cream-cold brew as well, that even my non-coffee drinking husband had to get a cup! We will definitely be back!

Very good donuts! (Amazing actually) I would have given 5 stars but the owner was unfriendly and rude, as I was taking a picture of their cool donut machine, the owner yelled at me to SROP! She could have asked politely but had an attitude. Didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I was going to send the picture of the machine and the donuts to more people and friends to try.

1st time, Hot coffee and Cold Ice coffee is great and the mini donuts are the Best Joy for starting the day!

When we make the visit to Fredericksburg we also make a stop here! These mini donuts melt in your mouth! These are little bites of heaven!

Stumbled upon this little gem, during a stay in Fredericksburg and I'm so glad we stopped. This is by far THE BEST donuts I've ever had. Made fresh to order and they melt in your mouth and the lady who runs this little donut trailer, is super sweet! Everybody in Fredericksburg has been so nice! 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!
