151 Coffee

August,district manager, reached out to me concerning the unpleasantness I experienced and was very professional and understanding and got my pants dry cleaned and got me a couple of coffee on the house. As well had a conversation with the staff about the lids and to be honest we’re all human so Im not to big for my britches to say if your willing to work with me I will do the same. Thank you all for being cool and taking the time to address real concerns from your customers and your fans.

Mine and my husbands go to for drinks when out running errands. Have always received the best customer service here. Always get new drink recommendations from the workers and have never been disappointed. Even when they are busy they get drinks out quick!

The first time I tasted this, I was blown away at the amazing flavor! My go-to drink is a Caramel Frappuccino. Since switching to 151 from Starbucks I've gone back to Starbucks once (because I had a gift card) and it literally tasted watered-down!! Never thought I would feel that way about Starbucks. the staff is absolutely fabulous! I enjoy seeing them (almost daily) when I stop by to pick up my caffeine. Mikey is the best! There was one day that I went to pay, and was told not to worry about it. When I tried to insist, he said "Really, don't worry about it, your fam!" It was super sweet and really made my day. So glad that I found 151 Coffee :)

I was blown away at the level of customer service here. This was my first time trying 151 and the ladies there were awesome. It's refreshing during this time when customer service has gone downhill and people are blaming the pandemic and staff shortages on that.

Oh and the coffee tasted great!

Update from the last time I came here. Lets not overfill an already flimsy cup. I asked for less milk extra ice. Not overfill the cup with milk and ice. 🤦‍♀️

Usually I liked to always come to this location, theres lots of friendly staff here but this time it wasn't quite the best. When going up this morning, this girl took quite a bit to get to me to take my order since she was talking to someone else. When finally getting to me, as i explained my order i had to repeat myself a few times, im fine if she couldn't exactly hear me but the way she just gave me a look and a very over exaggerated "huh" set me back a bit. Even after paying she just gave me back my card and didn't say thank you or anything and went away. The drink as well wasn't the best either, it was very watery and all the drizzle was just at the bottom and neither on the sides or top. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it definitely wasn't the best experience as I come here almost every week.

Y'all this place is legit! Coffee is good, expresso is great and the Orange Creamsicle shake is off the chain! Always stop here before fising and gets me perked right up.

I bought a couple of times at 151 Caffee and each time I've had great experience here and they have a great selection of drinks cold and hot and very nice and friendly people but i was most impressed by a young woman her name is Hannah she goes out of her way and i want to thank her very much for offering me a coffee that day i was feeling a bit sad but she brought me a coffee that day to where i was working and it really helped me a lot. I recommend this caffee shop.

Great cup of Joe!! They are very quick, also.

Excellent coffee! The specialty drinks are well blended so you don’t get a mouthful of syrup at the bottom of the cup. The smoothies are also very tasty.
