I love this place.This coffee shop is a gem and I really enjoy my visits here. The entire staff is very friendly. I feel like I am going to grab coffee from my friends rather than a business. Oh, and the coffee is great as well. :-)

A perfect Sunday morning spot for a tea or coffee break! The vibe is very Coffee House-esque and their corner location allows for a patio. My dog and I stop there for a treat after a hike at nearby Lake Grapevine. The nice guy at the register is a sweetheart.

These guys can brew a mean cup of coffee, and have a delicious selection of baked goods and sandwiches at lunch. The wifi is decent, and good enough to sit down with a laptop for a few hours while you sip your espresso. Skip Starbucks and give Trio a try. You won't regret it!

Their coffee is pretty Dang good but don't ask them to put any flavoring in the milk before frothing it. for some reason they think that it will harm their machine. Even though I know it doesn't, It's called clean your equipment and push the steam through Again. But don't get me wrong these guys seem to care about coffee someone made me a cortado and a clearly messed up and Started all over again I didn't even have to ask him to. So I really do appreciate that period

There are many excellent coffee shops in DFW, the scene is growing a lot. Trio produces consistently top notch coffee and espresso more than the majority of places I've been too. You can tell that they carefully source and dial in the brew for their coffees. The coffee is balanced, clean and full of flavorful. They have an incredible pourover/Chemex but unlike most places, their batch brew is really really good! If you haven't tried it, check them out. If milk is your thing, try the Good Morning Vietnam or Vanilla Latte because they are both incredible.

To everyone in flower mound or just going through. I highly recommend these guys. Great service, amazing drinks and options. And far more affordable than Starbucks. Please go visit this place.

Do I drive 30 minutes to just come here? Yes I do! The Flower Mound Coffee Shops have a special place in my heart. Since I wasn’t able to live in campus at UNT, I would spend my college days doing homework and finishing up last minute projects here. It’s pretty nostalgic really! The Pour Overs are always expertly handcrafted. The espresso is always pulled right, and the pinch of salt pastries (I’m looking at you GF Pumpkin Bread) remind me of the relaxed environment that Tri...I mean, Novel invites me to. I love this place, and will keep making the drive!

Best coffee I've had so far! Great tea selection! The owner and staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cheerful. Definitely going back to try the food.

Hands down the absolute best latte I’ve ever had in my life; I feel rejuvenated after trying it. I ordered the hazelnut latte with oat milk. Amazing, thank you the experience. ☕️

I have been here several times and the coffee is consistently good; not burnt or overly bitter but smooth and flavorful. Every time I've been, the employees have been friendly and attentive. Its clean and bright inside. Highly recommend.
