Vyable Coffee

Absolutely LOVES this place so much when it was PHILIA. It was so homie and welcoming. It was a total vibe and very much a lounge.

....Now it’s similar but it just feels different, it’s turned out to be much more commercial and business like. So I’d describe it as ehh fine, still better than Starbucks so 👍🏽

Wow! This place is so spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and the coffee is great. Very friendly staff, as well. This is a great place to hang out or try and study/get some work done. One of my new favorite coffee shops!

I visited this place and decided to try their matcha. The matcha was served with huge lumps. I’m assuming it wasn’t stirred correctly. So, I went up to the barista and it was only 2 employees, I don’t think I was rude I even stated “I don’t want to sound rude but is it supposed to have lumps”. So the girl looks at the guy and they laugh. They proceed to remake it. As they bring it out again, still LUMPY. I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund. But I don’t recommend the matcha.

Plenty of space, prompt and courteous service. Coffee is excellent.

Favorite coffee shop in El Paso. The atmosphere is everything. I’ve easily stayed here for 5 hours before. It’s the perfect place to come work, have a nice wine/coffee with a friend. My only recommendation is to stay simple when ordering a coffee drink. I have tried to make a drink I like here and have not succeeded until just ordering a brewed coffee with a flavor. Plus, all the suggestions for drinks end up winding you with a $7 coffee unfortunately. I love oat milk but I am not a fan of the oat milk here. Plus, if you are a chai fan, note it is not strong tasting or sweet. I strongly suggest you guys get a cheap/decent soy milk option for us lactose intolerant who can’t drink the whole milk and don’t like coconut flavored milk. I personally have not tried the food yet, but it looks delicious, and I still highly recommend this place! So for me, my issue is with the milk options not working for the drink options. But just a suggestion :)

Never been here before but highly recommend if you want a place to study or work on your laptop. People are really friendly.

Perhaps the most unique coffee shop in El Paso! Great atmosphere and ample spaces to do work our hang out (easy to social distance). Great coffee and food! The care and attention put into this place is clearly evident in the details. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! The coffee is great, the sandwiches are delicious, and the waffles are my new favorite dessert! The ambiance is so cool and there is PLENTY of space to spread out to get some work done or just hang out!

This is my new "study spot" in town. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and relaxing for an ideal work environment. Their playlists tend to be amazing as well, so it's not a problem when I forget my headphones. If you are there in the morning, I encourage you to get the banana and strawberry oatmeal bowl with brown sugar and oat milk- it is amazing.

Wishes:
- I wish they had more vegan friendly lunch options. The only vegan lunch option available is the avocado toast. If you are vegan and think you may be able to modify some of their paninis, please note that these are pre-made so there will be some contamination with the cheese and other dairy products. If you're looking to be more inclusive, I would definitely encourage the addition of an all vegan ingredient lunch option ( vegan mayo, vegan cheese etc).

- I wish the matcha was whisked better and that they offered coconut milk as it goes with Matcha so well. I still dream of the cashew coconut milk!
