We are back home visiting from Lubbock. We are so glad we found The Hive. A locally owned Coffee shop. Great atmosphere, great music! Ha ha ha! Delicious iced n hot coffees. We ordered a cold and hot Banna nut coffee, a sweet Belgian waffle with a Hawaiian Paradise Over Night Oats. Delicious! We will definitely be back on our next visit back home.

There's quite a few nice coffee shops in El Paso, but I prefer the Hive over the rest. It's not just the amazing coffee or the sandwiches that I order nearly everytime I come in. Everything is made homemade with much time and care put into it. The atmosphere and service is great. It's one of the biggest things that keep me coming. That and my addiction to their cold brew lol. I remember coming back after moving for a year and they even remembered me! Shows they really care about their customers. I could literally go on and on about this place. Just get in there and experience some great coffee and vibes 🤙

This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service is top notch, and the espresso was made perfectly and had a very good after taste. There is more seating in the back if needed too. This is very interesting concept and how I never new of this place makes me a bit sad only because i could have been enjoying it sooner. Thank you so much for the great service!! Ages :)

Really great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Amazing coffee, better than Starbucks--by far. I tried the lavender iced latte. The waffle was so good I forgot to get a picture of it, but the bag is super cute. Everyone should give this business a try.

Been here a couple times since being back in town and it’s great to see another quality coffee shop. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great coffee and tea! Their cold brew is awesome and great price!

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and coffee were great, and wheelchair accessible. The staff was very helpful with accommodating my needs.

The food and drinks are good. The employees vibe not so much. It seemed bothersome for the young lady to answer my girlfriends questions about the menu all the while the girls in the back glance over (not so nicely, like get on with it). I hate comparing local shops, but with that being said other local coffee shops seem to appreciate my business a lot more (LOVE GLOBAL COFFEE). I am accustomed to local places being much more friendly and welcoming. This was not the case here. Will be coming back for the good cofee at the drive thru but I am not smiling at those sour girls lol. Also, one of those young ladies told us they have no high chairs for children yet we looked over at one after sitting down. Went and got it while she stared at me. That is disrespectful, lazy, and rude if you ask me. This place is a last resort if my usuals are too full or out of the way. Basically, mediocre customer service at best. Good product though.

Not student friendly. Highly recommend Summer Moon Coffee shop or Global Coffee. We as a family love supporting local coffee shops.
I came here to study for a week, from 8am- 11:45am. The manager would give me “not so nice” stares but since I was so close to my daughters school, I would stay and mind my own business.
Two ladies came into the shop before they even ordered the staff came up to me told me to move from a bigger table to a small table because a “big group” came in. I came before these two women and ordered from the coffee shop following their rules “no outside food or drinks”. In the middle of my live class session, I left because of how uncomfortable that was. I really felt discriminated against.
I’m a nursing student all my papers and books were out, I sat in my car and completed my lecture and left.
