Spasso Cafe and Gelato

Ive been here twice now but the gelato isnt that great. The coffee gelato is extremely bitter and theres far too much milk in their products for it to be considered gelato. Quality is quite poor. The establishment reminds me of a childs lemonade stand ran by moody teenagers so please dont go expecting even remotely decent customer service. I would almost assume that someone bought it for their kids to run 🤷🏽‍♀️not somewhere I would recommend or frequent

The owners of this Spasso so are super friendly , kind and professional. I’ve tried their lattes and hot teas which were great! Prices are affordable. If you ever decide to try this Spasso, ask for the owners to make your drink. It’s kinda like hit or miss with anyone else that makes your drink.

We just found this little gem of a place. The Gelato is the best I have tried. So creamy and delicious. I had real Italian pistachio Gelato over ten years ago and have never found another pistachio Gelato that I like the same since then. Well, now I have. And their chocolate is too for for. I would call it brownie heaven!

Lady there was not very friendly. Small sugar cone is the same price as the regular waffle cone. Which if you did not know?? Lady did not tell you. Buying/ Getting sugar small cone is a ripe off. I could have bought a box of ice cream at grocery store for that price. Lady was more concerned about cleaning that helping me.

I bought two .99 cent ice cream cones from this place and got charged twice (so what should have been $2.14 was two separate charges, a total of $4.18). I have called the store at least five times and the lady who answers the phone always says the same thing, "The owner is at the store" or "The owner is not here and I don't know when he will be back". I also left a message for the owner named Marco and never got a call back. I know everyone makes mistakes and the lady admitted over the phone that she was having issues with the machine and that's why I got charged twice...BUT that still does not excuse Marco from returning the call! An extra $2.14 is really not that much but that is besides the point, it's the principle! That shows their lack of customer service! If you go here pay in cash because they charge multiple times!

Employees are VERY RUDE and a HAVE A BAD TEMPER. Every time I called employees don’t pick up the phone. I just went RIGHT NOW IN PERSON because no one answered my phone call and an employee was inside with her headphones and music out loud. She was sweeping, I said “Hi” to her and she didn’t respond to me, she saw me and asked me what I want so I told her I want a Natural Yougut Ice Cream, she put the broom on the side, to My SURPRISE SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS, the employee approached the ice cream machine and started serving my yougurt WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, but the Yougurt never come out and she told me THAT I have to wait 30 minutes or so because Yougurt Ice cream was not ready yet (BUT IT IS ALMOST 11am how come?) I tried to get a different flavors and she said I ran out IT .. really? This is not the first time that this happened and employees also never washed their hands after they handle the money and today this lady didn’t washed her hands either when she was sweeping the ice cream place! Marco the owner never returned calls!

Worst experience ever. I don't believe I will ever go again. They made me feel really bad. 😢 I asked for the manager and his info and i was told to find it by myself. Got the 2 guys names though and I will try and find a way to call the manager to complain. 😔

I love it here they even know my order. People are nice and if they weren't i wouldnt care i go for ice cream not see people duh 😀

This is a great place to stop for a quick frozen treat. I'm not much in to cold things, but this was a nice treat today.
