Coffee is really not all that and over priced....high in acidity and very bitter. Customer service needs "service" and you can't call yourself a coffee roaster when you don't roast or sell your roasted coffee beans at your business.
Answering to your response below.....I asked the rude girl about purchasing your roasted coffee and she said that you all buy it from Juarez. And why is it that you don't address the reviews of the rude and bad service that people complain about? I DEFINITELY WOULD!

Excellent place to enjoy delicious coffee and have great time!

Their green pozole is incredibleee, I also really liked the latte (even though I did add a bit of extra sugar for taste). The place is a bit small, but super cute, and there’s only one person at the register so it might take a while for food/drinks to arrive but it’s 100% worth it.

I am new to El Paso and looking for a local coffee roaster that understands freshness, quality, small batch roasting, and support of small coffee grower's.i found Casa Cafetzin. When entering we were talking to the owner and describing what we would like in our coffee. We were recommended 2 types. Oaxaca (washed) and Guerrero-Atoyac(Natural).
The Oaxaca is grown at the altitude of 1200-1500 meters. The flavors of honey, walnut, chocolate hit your tastebuds. From grinding the bean, to brewing, and sipping the aroma and flavors are amazing.
The Guerrero-Atoyca is grown at the altitude of 1350-1600 meters. It has a strong aroma, sweet tasting, and medium body. Casa Cafetzin is a true coffee lovers place to go. Highly recommend stopping by for a great coffee.

Delicious! Definitely a cute coffee cafe to relax and chitchat with friends and family. Their black honey iced cascara goes prefect with a delicious Croissant. The environment is welcoming and the decor is beautiful!

This cappuccino is the best I've had outside of Italy! I know it sounds exaggerated, but it was delicious - no bitterness, no nasty aftertaste, just smooth and flavorful.

It’s definitely well-crafted, specialty coffee in a cool little shop. Also, the chai was top shelf. Would be 5 stars but i thought it was pricey ($5 for 10-12oz pour over and $6 for iced chai). If those were a buck cheaper each I would return more frequently :-)

Okay, but over-priced. I paid over $10 for a small latte and molletes. Aside from that, I waited over 30 minutes for my order and when I asked how much longer it would be at the 30 minute mark, I was answered with "we have over 20 orders". Thanks, but that wasn't what I asked. I love going to local places instead of Starbucks, but I should have skipped this place.

The vibes of this place are immaculate, coffee is great, the staff are wonderful, and the food is flavorful and colorful. If you want an authentic experience, come here.
