There's good coffee in there somewhere but they flood their coffee drinks with so much sweet syrup you'll never know it. 2 stars (unless you just like sickly sweet mocha, etc) plus 1 star for great atmosphere.

Excellent coffee. I especially like the Cafe Ole, and the chicken salad on croisant. Friendly, family owned business in the heart of Dripping Springs.

Mazama café is right in the heart of downtown Dripping Springs. This place serves good authentic coffee. The service is quick and good, the staff is polite and friendly. The protein bars sold here are unique to this place.

I have always found this place to be full of people.

Also, the outdoor seating here has a good vibe about it.

When I asked for a flat white and they responded, 'oh you mean a latte', I should have walked away. Apart from that I could taste what appeared to be a well rounded coffee, merely a little concealed under that much milk. Still they are better than Starbucks.

I always like to visit coffee shops when I travel. Mazama did not disappoint, great atmosphere, great coffee and really friendly staff. Any shop that carries pumpkin bread in July has my approval lol

My husband and I go here almost daily! The absolute BEST coffee and scones, hands-down!

They are talented baristas that make great drinks on and off menu, the coffee was great quality and present in my drink. I also liked their breakfast croissants, so crispy and buttery! My favorite things about this place is the very friendly neighborhood cat that sits outside on their patio who I got to pet for awhile. Everything about this place was so charming. Hope I get the chance to visit again.
