Cute little coffee shop -- was only driving through on a tail-end of a roadtrip and found Le Muse on Maps. Had their latte with oat milk--it wwas amazing! Especially after a 5hr drive 😬
Had a breakfast taco too, it was pretty good! Warm and filling, loved the salsa too. Heard they have tamales too but on the weekends. Highly recommend this place; so bummed they're not closer to Houston.

Quick visit for a Too Good To Go surprise bag. Didn't hang out.

This place was incredible! Extremely good coffee and customer service. My husband ordered a latte which was delicious and I ordered a Mexican mocha. I really appreciated that the gentleman making my drink told me every ingredient that he was putting in it so I knew exactly what was going into my drink. He also made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it, he asked me if I preferred regular vanilla or sugar free and if I wanted decaf or regular. We also got a raspberry-lemon cake which was wonderful. We are not dripping springs natives but we will definitely return to this coffee shop anytime we are in town. Strongly recommend.

I only visited once from out of town, and I still think of this place. Their coffee is sublime. While the flavor combinations are great, the owner knows how to make the base coffee taste amazingly smooth before even adding the flavoring! I had a lavender latte and it was great! It's not overly sweet and has the scent and slight flavor of lavender. It's light and airy, and I love it!

Great coffee! Easy going and this man definitely knows his coffee and how to provide a great experience!

I am a total tea drinker, that is, until I come across a well made cortado. Le Muse served up the best one since my visit to Spain. First the espresso must be excellent and the fatter the milk, the better! Driving from Austin to Dripping Springs to have one of Juan's cortados is totally worth it. Makes it just the way I requested with the espresso being the prominent flavor and the milk, as a side note. Juan is an expert and knows his coffee. His roaster makes his coffee custom to his specs and the coffee is smooth, bold and not acidic or bitter. Spot on! Love that he tries to use local vendors for most of his menu. Tacos and Tamales are always a staple there and they are tasty. Also just tried the pork posole which was also good.
Don't be swayed that Le Muse isn't in a strip mall. It's a local's coffee bar/cafe that is tucked into the Caliterra community next to the welcome center. There's nice patio seating outside and inside. It's off the 12 across the street from St Martin de Porres Church. Open 7 days a week till mid afternoon. You'll be glad you went.

This coffee shop is hands down the best in the area. Juan and his employees are extremely helpful and friendly. My recommendation is to follow them on Facebook because when they have their ceviche and tamales specials you don't want to miss them.

So glad we stopped by for coffee at La Muse. The owner/barista was next level! He gave us excellent service and made specific recommendations. The latte I had was creamy, balanced and unique! We are only in Dripping Springs for two days and we are gonna go back tomorrow.

This is an extremely cute place. You wouldn't think so by driving up and you can quickly pass it by but you have to give it a chance. It's set up to allow people to visit and enjoy some coffee talk with the owner who is very welcoming and kind. When you walk up to the trailer, you do t expect a lot but as soon as you walk in, your view changes. You can see that many hours were out into restoring this old trailer to a cute little cafe that has of the neatest looking devices that resemble exterior pipes and give it a rustic or steampunk feel and fits perfectly in Dripping. Your coffee is made to order and he has plenty of milks, even milk for those of us less tolerant of pasteurized cows milk. You can even get goat milk if you please. I mentioned that I love cold mocha coffees and he made a suggestion to try his lavender mocha. I said sure, why not. It took him maybe three or four minutes to make which gave me a chance to learn about his coffee ideas and view the outdoor sitting area while also viewing the cars driving by. He's also got a mini heater for the cool days and lets you control it. I don't mind a cafe but it's nice to go somewhere a bit different where you're not trapped surrounded by a ton of people and this place lets you breathe a bit. As for the taste of my coffee, it was excellent. I've had lavender in a few things and didn't care for it but this was perfect with chocolate. I couldn't believe it. He made sure I liked it before charging me which is a big indication that he want his customers happy. He's not quick to dismiss them like I've experienced at other places in the area. You order your coffee and they hardly talk to you and you instantly feel rushed and unwelcome. This place is different. Get this: he welcomes phone orders so that you can show up and have your drink ready to go! Don't forget he has breakfast tacos too!
Not only does he have coffee, he has loose leaf teas, one of which I sampled that he incorporates fresh raspberries. What cafe does that?!? This place. He mentioned he prefers health and taste over fake drinks. I'm glad. That's my way of thinking too.

Found Le Muse online and just wanted to try something different as we are visiting Austin. Service was great, music was awesome, and coffee and food was awesome! Wish we lived in the area but will be back.
