I was in here only for a couple of minutes to grab coffee, but I wish I could stay longer! It was such a good vibe and the coffee was so good! I'm definitely going back!!

Good coffee, good ambiance, TERRIBLE people.

The coffee in the pot tasted surprisingly good considering that it had been sitting there for hours, as we went late.

The ambiance is great.

But the people working behind the counter deserve a special mention. One wasn't very spirited, and the other one...OMG...the single rudest person that I have ever dealt with behind a counter of any kind. And her superiors were there, at least two of them!

If I managed or owned a place and I had an employee treating people the way this person treated us, I would fire them on the spot. You can have a bad day, you don't have to be all bubbly all the time, or ever for that matter, but throwing the purchase on the counter looking annoyed and continuing to walk without even looking at us? And that was just one incident. She was also mistreating her coworker.

If she hates her workplace THAT much, she could very easily find a job elsewhere nowadays. It's March 2022, everyone's hiring.

I probably hadn't been to Zera in 4 or 5 years. I was both surprised and impressed with the changes. They've added a lot of seating so there are plenty of places for an individual or group of people. There's a stage inside so I'm assuming that the live music they used to do occurs in a much larger and nicer fashion. The coffee and coffee drinks have always been good and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back sooner than later and can't wait to see what all the updated version of Zera has to offer. The ambiance has always been the draw of Zera and now it's even better. Take the time to check it out. You won't be disappointed.

It is always a great experience at Zera's. Love their coffee and their baked items are really good! My favorite is the herbal ice tea. And you can purchase q bottomless one!

Found this place for an after dinner coffee. Great service; tasty lattes.

Sad that the coffee isn't even good. Don't properly pay staff. Should not be allowed to run as a non-profit for all the hateful political events they host.

This is a wonderful place! Their sandwiches are great (and hearty), flavored teas are a treat, & of course the coffee is superb. The atmosphere is welcoming & there’s plenty of room. So, whether you’re meeting friend’s for lunch/dinner, or need a place to read/study, this is the place! They also have space to rent for events. Our daughter & her fiancé had their engagement party here—loved it!
