After checking out the various coffee shops Denton has to offer, I found this one to be the better choice when it comes to looking for quiet, tables, and access to outlets in order to study( this will probably change during the start of the fall semester). The coffee was good. The Service was above par. I didn't have the food so I cannot comment correctly.

Clean restrooms, decent friendly service, good coffee, fairly cozy, and super fast wifi. I went to enjoy a cup of coffee and do some homework, although it was loud, only loud because the grad students at a table in the back did not know how to use thier inside voices, this will not discourage me from trying it again.

Aura is my favorite coffee shop in town! However, it's not 24 hrs advertised on Google. Most days they are open 7am-7pm, so watch out before you show up when they close!

Good coffee and a cool grungy vibe. Music can be a mixed bag, based on the barista. No longer open 24 hours which kinda sucks. Combined with the fight of trying to find a parking spot if you don't live within walking distance kinda makes it a real shame I probably won't be back

Places like Aura are what make Denton special. They have an extensive menu of coffees, teas, and other beverages and some delicious baked goods. They sometimes host local artists selling ceramics, jewelry, and other crafts.

Best coffee I've ever had, love the laid back, old library atmosphere, and the baristas have been nothing but kind to me. The smoothies are also kickass as are the Samosas (these potato pastry things they serve). I haven't lived in Denton long, but this ties with Oak Street Drafthouse as one of my favorite hangs. It's a great place to study. Bring your own music (ipod) just in case what the barista is playing isn't your kinda thing. I personally love how each one has their own music style. My favorite drink is the iced coffee.

There are several good independent coffee shops in Denton. This is one of them. The staff is friendly and they care about delivering a good product. The shop is a study haven for local UNT students, and has a cool, down to Earth vibe. The new owner continues to reinvest money into improving the already good coffee. Their partnership with Avoca means the coffee is always top notch. If you're not sure what the various specialty coffees are, ask the baristas, they're all very knowledgeable and will be able to help you figure out what to order. Having spent a lot of time in the shop and seen how some of the very young college students can act, I'd recommend you take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Good for coffee drinkers, conversations, and studying, this is about as near the Platonic ideal of college coffee shop as you can get.

Great coffee. Great service. Not coffeesnob snobby. Good snack foods. Really enjoy the vibe.

Friendly baristas, and the recent addition of chef inspired breakfasts and Counter Culture coffee have really taken this old standard of a coffee shop to an awesome new level. Even if you know this place from your old college days, it's worth a new visit!

Best coffee on campus. Super talented and friendly batista and now they have great food as well. Not the most high end interior but cosy and casual, and they seem to be in the process of slowly updating.
